Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown: soggiorni in case vacanze

We had a fantastic Easter weekend stay in Dublin! The location was ideal—close enough to drive or taxi to the main sights, but tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The cottage was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches like local guides and some groceries to start us off. The best beds and bedding we’ve had in an airbnb. Sarah, our host was warm, responsive, and full of great recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. Dublin was buzzing over the long weekend, and it was great to have such a comfortable home base to come back to each night. Anthony was also a welcomed treat. We’d absolutely stay again, highly recommend!

Nos alojamos en casa de Dianne durante 2 semanas. Nuestro grupo estaba formado por 3 adultos y 3 niños. Dundrum es un buen barrio para alojarse en Dublín con un centro comercial cercano y el centro de la ciudad a unos 40 minutos en Luas. En la casa tuvimos todo lo que necesitábamos para estar cómodos. El espacio, los cochones y la ducha perfectas. La comunicación con Dianne fue muy fluida desde el primer momento y estuvo pendiente de nosotros por si necesitábamos algo durante la estancia. Dentro de la casa están las instrucciones necesarias para el saber manejarte tanto en la casa como en el barrio. Recomiendo este alojamiento a cualquier viajero que quiera pasar unos días en Dublín y sentirse como en casa.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mark and Ana's place! The house was very clean, fully equipped, and in a nice, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of Dun Laoghaire Harbor. Lots of good nearby restaurants and also not too difficult to get to Dublin City Centre. Mark and Ana were also very friendly and responsive and gave helpful info and recommendations.

Grande et belle maison très accueillante, à la décoration soignée. Conforme en tout point à la description de l’annonce. Instructions particulièrement complètes et claires, en plus de la réactivité exemplaire de Jackie, quelle que soit la question. Mérite très largement chacune des 5 étoiles maximum.

Séjour en famille dans le logement de Daire très agréable et conforme à l’annonce. Très bien équipé au niveau de la cuisine et logement spacieux pour 5 adultes. Transport en commun proche du logement qui permet de se rendre dans le centre de Dublin sans problème.

La casa de Nadine es encantadora! Comodísima y llena de detalles de mucha calidez. No faltaba nada! Todo fue perfecto!! Fueron unos hermosos días en Dublin con mi familia. Viajamos con nuestros hijos y nietos pequeños y la casa de Nadine estaba perfectamente adaptada para niños (Hasta un playroom para los más pequeños y un gimnasio para los adultos) Nadine fue muy atenta y respondió todas nuestras preguntas de manera inmediata. Una gran anfitriona que estuvo siempre en contacto con nosotros. A quien quiera tener una hermosa estancia en familia en Irlanda, esta es la opción. Todo excelente!! Gracias Nadine!

My 2 daughters & I spent 3 night at this cozy home. We were visiting Dublin for the first time & the location was perfect for an accessing the city center. A very short walk to Forty Foot which was on our list of things to do. The neighborhood is quite sweet with beautiful shops & restaurants. The house was perfect & comfortable. The host was super responsive and helpful. We hope to be back next year!

Fab house, great host! Very accommodating around check in check out times! Made the whole experience very easy. House was lovely with everything we needed. Kids loved the toys and the fish ☺️

The most beautiful accommodation in such a fantastic location. This house has so much character and stylish charm. Blàthnaid was such a brilliant warm host, truly wonderful and had made the house and our trip so comfortable. A real great find along Dublin’s beautiful coast. So much to do in a close proximity. This trip was just perfect, a day in the city then a day spent by the sea. You’ll get the best of both in this location. This area and house was the perfect fit for our weekend in Dublin.

Maureen house is very cosy and welcoming and has everything you need for a few days. It's superbly located for long walks by the sea (or swimming) fabulous restaurants and a few excellent nice places for coffee. Its also very close to public transport. Maureen was there to meet us and ready with lots of suggestions. Highly recommend this lovely house

Absolutely beautiful location set high in the hills of Dalkey looking out over Dublin Bay with a clear view to Howth. Magnificent views from the master bedroom and the huge dining room. House is large and spacious with modern amenities. Large backyard garden space with beautiful apple tree. Quiet peaceful neighborhood. Quick walk to the DART train and to the village of Dalkey with its pubs and restaurants. Overall great rental with good value and superb location. Highly recommend.

Fiona was a great host! She was proactive in her communication weeks leading up to our stay. She provided great detail for our check in and was flexible with us dropping bags off prior to check in. Would for sure stay here again next time we are in Dublin!

The place was very affordable and and has a lot of space which makes the price worth it. The cats were very friendly and not hard to take care of at all. The beds and furniture were extremely comfortable to be on and I miss them still. Aislinn was very communicative and gave a lot of good recommendations and was always on top of things in regards to helping. Only issues were the water temperature (it didn't stay warm long), the internet (It would not allow googoogle search on my laptop, so if you are working while traveling that can be an issue, but the other services on tv and being able tonuse the phone made up for it), and the bedroom had some wear and tear (but not too huge of an issue.) I would stay here again if given the option.

We loved our stay. The place was wonderful in a very peaceful neighborhood. We walked to the wonderful park close by. Deirdre place was very clean and we felt right at home. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a great comfortable place to stay. We'd love to visit again one day.

Nice place, very clean and modern with lots of space. The kids enjoyed the large backyard and we cooked several meals in the well stocked kitchen. The location was pretty good, there is a Tesco and a shopping mall nearby and it was a short drive to get to the city center. Great place to spend a few days and loads of room for kids to run around.

Everything was so pleasant , spotless, not need of washing up, dishwasher was clean spotless, without smell, easy access for shops walking distance, Host was very friendly, quick to response , clear instructions, Thank you for everything, our parents were happy relaxed well , weather was beautiful too, Thanking you Phillip& sarala whitfield ,

Vicky is an excellent landlord. We arrived very late on the first day, and she waited patiently. After meeting us, she told me how to use the equipment in the house very enthusiastically. Her house was very comfortable and we had a nice week, it was in a quiet neighborhood, in the beautiful south side of Dublin, it was very convenient for us to go to the seaside and some places in the south side, there were supermarkets, gas stations, very convenient. I hope to check in again next time
