Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown: case vacanze con accesso alla spiaggia

Among the places we stayed on this trip, this was our absolute favorite. Less than 10 minutes from howth, and roughly 30 from the Guinness storehouse, it was the PERFECT location for our type of vacationing. Close enough to Dublin, but far enough to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, we enjoyed walking along the shore in the mornings, and lounging on the comfortable leather couches in the evening. Francis is communicative, has a keen eye for decorating, and is very accommodating. Upon our first walkthrough, we immediately noticed the plethora of snacks, cleaning supplies, toiletries, anything you could think of to make one feel comfortable and at home. We truly could not have asked for a better air bnb experience. Go raibh míle maith agat (thank you so much)!

Sinead was an incredible host and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Sinead was extremely helpful and responsive. Great location by the water. Thanks for everything Sinead and will look You up again next time we are in Blackrock!

We had a great time at Denise‘s lovely flat which is situated in a really nice neighbourhood (Clontarf).

De ruimte bij Derina is brandschoon..modern en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles voor je verblijf is aanwezig. De instructies zijn duidelijk. De omgeving is prachtig en het verblijf is een goede uitvalsbasis voor activiteiten met en zonder openbaar vervoer. En dan t allerbelangrijkste..Derina is een geweldige en behulpzame host en ze reageert altijd heel snel. Hier gaan we echt wel een keer terug komen...

We had a wonderful stay in Dublin. The bedrooms were great - quiet and peaceful with comfortable beds. The common space was clean and comfortable. It was a great space for 2 couples.

My stay in this apartment was exceptional. The accommodation was exactly as described and provided all the amenities promised. The hosts were very responsive and provided clear and helpful information. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe suburb with exceptional sea views. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, sogar eine nette Terrasse gibt es. David hat uns sehr gut informiert, so dass wir keine Probleme vor Ort hatten und ihn nicht erreichen mussten. Die Bushaltestelle ist gegenüber und man ist schnell in Dublin. Eine Autovermietung ist gleich ums Eck, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein Pub und Geschäfte sind in direkter Umgebung. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und die Leute waren sehr freundlich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Absolutely beautiful location set high in the hills of Dalkey looking out over Dublin Bay with a clear view to Howth. Magnificent views from the master bedroom and the huge dining room. House is large and spacious with modern amenities. Large backyard garden space with beautiful apple tree. Quiet peaceful neighborhood. Quick walk to the DART train and to the village of Dalkey with its pubs and restaurants. Overall great rental with good value and superb location. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We’ve been to a ton of Airbnbs, and this house was really cool. Walking distance to town and right across the street from the cutest cafe. I’d highly recommend Sandycove if you’re looking to visit Dublin, as it’s a quick 20 min train to city center. This house is awesome for families, as there are tons of kids toys. Hosts were very responsive and helpful as well. We will be back to visit for sure!

What a great house to stay at. Plenty of space in such a great location. Quiet and peaceful with the Blackrock town only a short walk away. Recommend the breakfast roll from On A Platter at the end of the block. Connie provided some unexpected staples making settling easy. She also put in a lot of effort to get the booking admin right for us. The beds were really comfortable which was quite welcome compared to other AirBnBs on our Europe holidays. We will be back. This is a lovely, spacious period house with lots of character in a great location. Nice place to stay for a family gathering with helpful hosts. This is a residential home so felt very much like borrowing someones house rather than an impersonal holiday rental. There is lots to do nearby with stylish eateries and drinkeries. 5 minutes from the sea with all year round swimming available for the hardy. There are a couple of saunas near the sea if you want to warm up too. We popped over to the James Joyce museum in a nearby tower and took the Dart into central Dublin- all very easy. Hosts were very helpful and responsive, providing plenty of support and information before check in and during stay as required. There is on site parking but the access is tricky for some cars due to angles,slopes etc (not uncommon in Dublin I understand). there is also plenty of free parking round the corner 5 minutes away. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others.

Phillip and Carol were fantastic hosts! They were flexible about our arrival, very clear with all instructions, and the house was lovely. It’s a very short walk to the sea, the DART, several fantastic restaurants, shops, wine stores, and more. We loved our time and would recommend it for anyone that wants city center access with a village feel.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment with direct access to a lovely, quiet courtyard. The neighborhood is peaceful and relaxing. Eilis is an exceptionally warm and thoughtful host — she personally welcomed us, showed us everything, and shared great tips for our stay. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, but the biggest treasure is the sea, just a pleasant 10-minute walk away. We truly loved every moment here and would gladly come back!

The house is in a lovely location within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants, beach, DART station and bus stop back to the airport. Alison met us at the property and was really welcoming, providing recommendations on food and where to get the best pint of Guinness! She was flexible on the check out time which was really helpful. All in all, a great holiday. Would come back any time.

Ronan communicated very well from the start. We had clear instructions and he was very flexible. Appartment is very cozy, well furnished including the kitchen equipment and ideally sized for 4 people. All the photos were 100% true. Public transportation is great as well - with bus stop 5 min walk and only 15 min by bus into the city center. We had a great stay and we will gladly come back if we ever return to Dublin.

Great place to stay for walking to the Cliff Walk trail. Took us 5 minutes to walk to it. Fantastic! Orla was a wonderful host. Would book again next time we are in Houth.

Excellent, spacious apartment with beautiful garden view from living dining area. Well equipped and nicely stocked with the basics (bread, milk, juice etc.) on our arrival. Host met us in person which was a nice touch. Location is fantastic, proximity to Dart stations made it easy to get into town, off street parking secured behind auto gates also very convenient. All in all a great place for a family stay with a quality apartment making it equally nice to just stay in when the weather isn't so nice. I would highly recommend this if you are looking for a top quality base for your stay.

Niamh's apartment is clean and spacious and with its two double bedrooms and two bathrooms is perfect for two couples or a family. The location could not be better - only 15 mins from the city centre (with a bus stop directly outside and a frequent service). There is a delightful coffee shop downstairs, a Tesco across the road, a superb Indian restaurant next door and a couple of lovely pubs just a stones throw away. The walk along the coast by the beach is also lovely. We would highly recommend staying here!

Great, comfortable AirBNB in a great location. Check in was incredibly easy and everything about the place was as described. Super clean and well laid out. Very welcoming host who had also included an excellent crib sheet lot of detail about where things were in the area. 10/10 would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay - the house was perfect with the most amazing views. Nuala was very helpful, friendly and very quick to respond to any queries. Top marks all round from us.
