White Scaur Annexe is a self-contained, stand-alone building with a first floor modern apartment situated in an idyllic rural setting in the Lake District National Park, near the village of Bassenthwaite. Located off a private cul de sac, nestled in a wooded area, the apartment offers guests both peace and tranquility during their stay. The apartment has everything guests need for short weekend or week long breaks. The apartment sleeps 2 guests, and is best suited to couples of individuals.

Situated in a rural location with amazing walks on your doorstep. Our local town amenities are within a 2mile walk or 5minute drive. There are many tourist attractions near by that can either be reached by car, bus or train. This accommodation offers something for everybody.

The Wee Hoose is located within the owners property of 4 acres of pasture and woodland The accommodation offers commanding views of the open countryside Adjacent to the Annandale Way, the property is well situated for hikers and walkers The town of Moffat is only a 5 minute walk from the property, so leave your car / motorbike/ bicycle at the wee hoose and enjoy the restaurants and local shops without worrying about finding a parking space. We are only 5 minutes drive from J15 of the M74

Wake up to a great view.

Enjoy wonderful views of the Ennerdale fells, extending to Pillar and Steeple. The spacious, comfortable accommodation forms the main section of a larger semi-detached property. You will have the house to yourselves - we will be far away, but contactable should you have any questions or issues. It's self check-in and check-out. There are many good and varied walks nearby, as well as scenic drives and gastro pubs. You will need to bring groceries with you - breakfast is not supplied.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

Oak Tree Hut

Unfortunately no dogs/children/infants are allowed. Oak Tree Hut is situated on our working sheep farm in Dumfries and Galloway. The views from the hut looks over St John’s Town of Dalry and up onto the Rhinns of Kells. Lie in bed watching the sunrise and sit on the verandah or soak in the outside bath while watching the sunset. Watch the bird life and livestock peacefully fly and amble by. The hut has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

Self contained cottage private garden and hot tub

The Stables at Bankshill is a self contained cottage with king bedroom and large sofa. Private garden with patio and decking area with Scandinavian hot tub and outdoor kitchen . Dog Friendly. We also have The Firkin Hell, a private pub on site which you will get exclusive use of during your stay for music, karaoke, darts and retro games machine. BYOB as we are unable to sell alcohol. Perfect for a romantic couples retreat.

Only a short walk from Dumfries town centre, Dumfries museum, globe inn & Burns house. Dumfries has lots of historic and charming buildings including Caerlaverick castle, Sweetheart Abbey or Drumlanrig castle. Also a great hub for anyone interested in visiting Mabie forest, 7 stanes, solway coast and lots more.

The Old Schoolhouse

A Victorian Schoolhouse, now a cozy and stylish home. The Old Schoolhouse has 3 bedrooms, shower room & en suite bathroom. Wood stove in the lounge, open fire in the kitchen, and central heating. Light, bright, with a large garden looking onto the fields beyond- snowdrops in the spring, cherries in summer, and apples in autumn. The occasional escapee hen wandering about. The perfect place for a proper holiday.

Total peace and quiet in this luxury off grid log cabin. Relax in a wood fired hot tub, toast marshmallows at the fire pit or get cosy around the log burner with a good book. You will be surrounded by nature just metres from the edge of the forest, with stunning views of the Galloway Hills and zero light pollution to interrupt the fabulous stargazing opportunities.

Clough head Mire house

Clough Head pod is perfect for romantic, cosy nights away and to explore the beautiful picturess mountains right outside your door! This takes glamping to a new level. Head outside to it’s own private dining area overlooking Blencathra which is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine after a day of exploring or take a soak in the hot tub and read a good book!
