Overall a beautiful holiday let in beautiful Galloway. Have been visiting Galloway for 20 years and this is one of the nicest holiday lets we’ve stayed with the best view. Really clean and comfortable throughout.

Perfect get away with the partner and baby!Was a great location to get away and relax. Even though it was cold out, the cabin warmed up quick. The cabin has everything you need for a self catering break. We met the hosts briefly and they were very welcoming! We’ll definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a lovely and peaceful weekend! The weather wasn’t great but that gave us the perfect excuse to enjoy the cosy hut with games & books instead. Still managed a couple walks exploring the gardens and meadow walk, as well as a beach trip to Luce Sands. Perfect peaceful getaway. Even bought a new plant for our garden from the nursery!

se fosse stato possibile sarei rimasta nella casetta per molto più tempo. ma sfortunatamente le vacanze iniziano e finiscono. la piccola casa era perfetta per scappare dalla città ed immergersi in una splendida parentesi fatta di fiori, uccelli e api. Robert è stato super gentile e ha cotto per noi una profumata pagnotta ai cereali. sono stati giorni bellissimi.

What a fantastic place to stay! The Cozy Cabin was just right for the two of us. The bed was comfy, the shower was hot and powerful, the wifi worked well and it was very well-equipped for making light meals. There was a lovely spot to sit outside for breakfast and watch the Highland cows in the adjacent field and the birds on the bird feeders in the garden. Natalie was a great host who had thought of everything we needed. Her recommendations for places to eat and drink in Kirkcudbright were spot on. Highly recommended all round. Thank you Natalie. We will be returning.

A little gem near the to motorway for those looking for a home away from home en route or the perfect little getaway for those wanting to stay longer. The cozy place has everything you need 😀

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this stunning location. What an amazing experience and we could not have asked for a better stay! Superb memories were created here for us and our dogs! A stunning walk through the woods and into Ballantrae, 7 miles there and back but loads of wildlife to see and we would recommend. Lindsay and Chris were exceptional hosts and just lovely people! We cannot think of a better break that we have all enjoyed and cannot wait to return!

Absolutely superb accommodation. Super clean, very peaceful, extremely comfortable. Has everything you would need. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Good location and a very short stroll into town. Highly recommended indeed and my sincere thanks for such a lovely stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Suffolk pod. It’s cosy and well designed, with a well equipped kitchen area (including kettle, microwave, hob & fridge). There’s a sofa, small TV, 2 chairs and a fold away table, plus an electric heater that’s very efficient. The bed is in its own little nook which is very sweet. Bathroom has an electric shower & heated towel rail, and there’s a hairdryer provided. It doesn’t feel cramped and is a great location for a little romantic getaway. Would stay again!

We stayed as a couple in April 2025 and had a fantastic experience. Beautiful, relaxing, and well equipped with all the small things that make a stay cozy and comfortable. We went for walks in the local area, visited the Ninefold rum distillery for a tasting, used the hot tub, and brought along dough to use the pizza oven - loving sitting with fresh pizza overlooking the pond. Mark was helpful and responsive to messages, parking was extremely easy - the only thing we'd change is to stay for longer!

Jo’s place is brilliant. A beautiful, peaceful getaway in a picturesque part of the world. The pod had everything we could possibly need and it was awesome to have use of the summer house in such beautiful weather. Jo is a tremendous host and is a thoroughly friendly, helpful and kind soul with stories aplenty. She always made us chuckle in our interactions and her faithful doggie companions Murphy and Mila were gorgeous too. We’ll definitely be booking again if we return to Dumfries and Galloway!

Myself and my partner absolutely loved our stay here. It had everything you needed for a peaceful get away and had all the facilities needed. It was so peaceful and just what we needed to get away from the hustle and bustle. Would highly recommend.

If you are a nature lover looking for a very quiet and private spot with breathtaking views and nature on your doorstep then look no further. With running hot water and gas powered fridge and hob the modern coms are not short too. Kite, swans, geese and other birds regular flying over and sheep with lambs trotting about if you visit in spring. The loch is a short walk away if you are a fan of cold water swimming. There is lots to do in the area 30-45 mins drive too, whatever the weather and for families too. The dark skies at night are special and if you fancy some stargazing the spot is priceless. Debbie is a great host, responsive, helpful and pragmatic. We will be back as soon as we get a chance! Pure dead brilliant!

We spent the Easter weekend in the shepherd's huts at this beautiful farm, and it was absolutely perfect. The hut was spotless and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the privacy – it felt like our own peaceful little escape in nature. The owners have clearly put so much love and care into creating this place, and it really shows. The surroundings were stunning, and every detail was just right. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway – highly recommended!

After a few long weeks at work this is just what the doctor ordered! Greeted by Bronwyn on arrival then left to enjoy the Shed. Spotlessly clean as always with everything we needed for our stay provided. Spent Saturday evening chatting to the cows and then retreated to watch tv. We brought a firestick and the wifi was better than at home! Highlight of the stay was a deer. casually bounding through the paddock, just stunning! See you in June!
