Dry Creek: soggiorni in cottage

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful cottage, everything was extremely clean and thoughtfully set out. We really appreciated the bits left for breakfast for both mornings and also the wine and snacks which we enjoyed on the terrace. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in McLaren Vale!

Beautiful location and amazing little cottage. Very peaceful at night and right on some of the best roads to ride or drive through the Adelaide hills.

It is just a beautiful and tranquil place to stay. We loved it. Was a small hiccup on check in but our hosts were very responsive and got it sorted for us in no time. We appreciated the lengths they went to help us have a great stay. We will be back as soon as we can!

What can I say! This place was just absolutely stunning and wish we could have stayed longer! What a slice of perfection and heaven. Anthea has thought of everything - the attention to detail, quality of all things in the accommodation, stunning grounds, amazing views, privacy and provisions, etc - just wonderful! We stayed for our anniversary, and we never wanted to leave. Definitely worth the money and 100% would return.

Had a wonderful stay here with a friend for Gather Round 2025. Well positioned for the Adelaide Oval games. Also on the free city bus loop which was helpful. Regina was super responsive and helpful with check in etc. The cottage is lovely and decked out in period furniture. Beds were comfy Thanks for the stay

We had such an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away. Jane went above and beyond to make it extra special for my 30th birthday with balloons, a delicious cheese board with fresh grapes and a bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival. The location was perfect, close to local wineries and just a short drive to the main street. The cottage was modern, spotless, and set within a beautifully maintained garden. We absolutely loved our stay. Thank you so much Jane!!!

Henri’s cottage was charming, comfortable, and quiet. The old miner’s cottage has been lovingly renovated and is surrounded by farm land, vines, gardens, and trees frequented by a wide variety of beautiful native birds. It was lovely to eat our breakfast enjoying the view and, what a breakfast! Henri was extremely generous with the quality and wide range of food and drink provided. Thoughtful touches like soft robes to use, an incredibly comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen, bath tub, and Netflix made us feel right at home. Henri was friendly and knowledgeable, welcoming us in person. Overall we felt absolutely spoiled and must say that this is one of the best Air B&Bs we have ever stayed in. If we ever have the good fortune to return to the Barossa, we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Henri!

Staying at Cumquat Cottage is a true five-star experience. It is far more like staying at the luxury home of family or friends than it is like visiting an Airbnb. Meriel and Patrick are the most attentive, warm and generous hosts. They anticipated every need - and many more we didn’t even know we had. There were even treats and a comfy bed for our dog Monte. We arrived to a well-stocked fridge and pantry, fresh flowers in the sitting room, fluffy towels, beautiful bed linen, gorgeous crockery and every kitchen utensil imaginable. The attention to detail is astonishing and made for the most relaxing stay. Eating in the stunning and private courtyard was such a treat, and we were minutes by foot from top eateries. We have never stayed at a better Airbnb.

Our second stay at this terrific BnB. It won’t be our last. Rosie is a very proactive and easy host. This location is unbeatable…a short stroll to the Botanic Gardens and the delights of North Adelaide, the CBD and Norwood. The home is very generously appointed with stylish and homey touches. Beautiful calm courtyard. Supremely comfortable bed and armchairs , lots of interesting books to browse. Our enormous dog felt very welcome and right at home. As this is my hometown we didn’t need recommendations but there is a lot of helpful information for tourists too. If you get the chance to stay here you’ll be delighted.

We enjoyed a great weekend here with the pups. Everything we needed the place had, plus so many extras that we didn’t expect. The space inside and outside for the pups was great and meant we could relax more. Definitely recommend staying here

From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The house was very cosy, The kitchen was fully equipped, with the addition of spices and cooking condiments if needed. Plenty of towels and beach towels supplied as well as bathroom necessities which is great for a traveller that likes to carry little. The back yard was very quaint and peaceful, great for my morning coffee and read. The house was is in a great spot, walking distance to beach , shops, and many great coffee shops and restaurants. Overall very satisfied and will definitely return .

We had a thoroughly enjoyable time at Hackney Cottage. It is perfectly located at the edge of the Botanic Gardens which suited us as early-morning walkers very well. Excellent proximity to public transport and CBD as well as many green spaces. You are very close to the neighbours on one side of the house but we didn’t find this problematic in any way. Loved this home and would happily stay again - thank you Deb 🙂

Loved staying at Janet and Marcus’s place. Very close walk to supermarket, coffee shops and restaurants. Nice walk through the park to the CBD also. House is private, quiet, very comfortable and great for large groups. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

It was lovely to return to Johnny and Ann’s exceptional hospitality. Their property is a charming slice of history, beautifully renovated with great attention to detail. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay is thoughtfully provided, including generous breakfast supplies that were much appreciated. Johnny and Ann are such warm and friendly hosts, making the experience all the more memorable. Highly recommended!

Perfect location, dog friendly beach, transport options (bus outside house, train 5 mins drive) close by cafes/restaurants (Vietnamese amazing) Dog friendly home, our border collie loved the garden and our two girls enjoyed the stay too. Large home, ideal for 3 adults and 2 children. Plenty of TV options and lounge area perfect. Comfy beds-beautiful cotton linen appreciated! Everyone slept brilliantly. Lots of meals cooked in kitchen, breakfast items were a lovely touch. Thank you so much Vincent!!

We had a lovely week at Claret Ash Cottage. Kristen and Jo-Anne were always helpful and responsive with any of our questions. It was autumn, so not much to see in the garden, but is a beautiful and peaceful place to relax regardless of the time of year, with Hahndorf and other small townships within a short drive. Heating is excellent, so even on chilly nights, you will never feel cold! Many unexpected amenities in the kitchen and is the only AirBnB I have stayed in where I could find every utensil/pot/pan etc. we needed to cook whatever we wanted!

We had a wonderful time there. The pace was beautiful, nice and cozy, felt right at home. We had an incredible time, wonderful surroundings and good places for food. The host were very cooperative and welcoming, we had a nice time there me and my partner.

We had a lovely stay at Red Gum Retreat. It fit our needs perfectly as we wanted to stay close to family in Williamstown. Erica was very easy to work with as our plans changed and we needed to stay more nights than we had originally booked. We look forward to returning to Red Gum next time we find ourselves in Williamstown!

Julien was very helpful and polite. The location is in a beautiful setting and is close to shops and train station.

Where do I start from the. Experience was beyond expectation from the extremely helping cooperating Host to the comfortable property, extremely clean the freshness of the property is crisp. Everything you need in the place is there happen you missing any thing Nicolas would jump to help . Not to mention the generosity of Nicolas welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of wine, bread, fruit, cereals, and breakfast condiments . Looking forward the visit again . The location is central .

I had the pleasure of a recent stay at the beautiful Aldgate cottage. It is the best bnb I’ve ever stayed in. We were met at the gate and shown around this charming cottage it is so lovely -every last possible comfort has been carefully thought out to proved a comfortable stay . We cooked in the brand new custom kitchen with every detail thought out perfectly to cook a meal. The upstairs bedroom was a warm haven with the most comfy bed and lovely views through the windows to the trees . Aldgate village is charming with cafes and restaurant to explore . The surrounding locality is so pretty with walks to explore and enjoy. There was supplies for a beautiful breakfast Fresh bread and even some bubbles ! Communication with Terry was excellent throughout and he was very flexible with our check-in and checkout times . This cottage was outstanding and we thank Terry and Fiona for such beautiful hospitality !

Jane was amazing from the get go, from the beginning of the booking to the end of our stay. The home was absolutely beautiful and so cozy. It was definitely a 10/10 place and my friend and I are so glad we got to experience this amazing place near our favourite park. Thanks for your hospitality Jane!
