The large airy living room has a custom built window seat wrapped around a large bay window where you can relax and soak in the ever changing sea views as well as high ceilings and wonderful homely feel. The England coastal path runs within 150 yards of the property perfect for walkers.

Caravan is on cliff above beach and rocks giving interesting ever changing views. Wake to birdsong, sunrise, spend the day watching in the hope of spotting dolphins and the evening winding down to the sounds of the sea and colours of the sunset. Newbiggin-by-the-Sea golf club next door, sheltered bay with prom, maritime centre and cafes very close by.

Come and relax, chill in my comfortable, cosy ground floor, one bed flat. Waking up each morning and having easy access to our stunning costline and scenery. Although there is no outdoor space at my home, there is the beautiful newly refurbished North Marine Park, which is literally over the road and five minutes walk to the stunning beach, with fabulous views of the pier's where you can sit and watch ships, liners and yachts sailing on the river Tyne with Tynemouth Priory in the distance.

Double glazed and centrally heated, it provides a cozy retreat to view the local wildlife with a clear view of the sea through the French doors leading onto the wrap around decking. A five minute walkto the beach, harbour and Hollywell dene with great walking routes to choose from. There are several pubs within walking distance, all serving food. Award-winning Harbour View fish & chips just around the corner. At the end of the street you will find the lovely Castaway’s café. There is free street parking available to the front.
