Trucks and sedans are fine but any vehicle with a low profile isn't recommended

If you're looking for an authentic rustic Montana cabin experience with modern amenities, this is your place!! Situated between Glacier and Yellowstone national parks, this quaint rustic cabin is located in the small hamlet of southern Hall just off I-90 and 10min from Philipsburg. The cabin sleeps 6 comfortably, and was built by homesteader Carl Cassidy in the early 1980's. His skillful primitive aesthetic and use of recycled materials gives the cabin a feeling it was built in the 1880's.

An affordable, comfortable option for solo travelers or couples who just need a good spot to crash. New window AC in 2025.

Cottonwood Creek runs next door and a park across the street with views of Pikes Peak West out the front door.

Come relax away from it all at our newly constructed guest house on our 20 acre farm. We have several horses on the property. You'll be centrally located to many attractions (3.5 hrs to Glacier NP, 3.5 hrs to Yellowstone NP, 1 hr to Missoula (MSO) or Helena (HLN).
