Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Make your trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, its Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". A double bedroom upstairs and a cozy twin loft room (ACCESSED VIA STAIR OFF THE MAIN BEDROOM) -Loved by kids. There is a modern shower room. Guests have access to a shared walled garden. A lovely space to relax and unwind.

We are in a wonderful, peaceful spot to relax and watch the world go by, but if you are feeling energetic then take a walk up Largo Law, or along Largo beach and then relax in the ambient temperature of your own private hot tub. For your entertainment we have installed a 50” TV, DVD player, surround sound entertainment system and an X Box kinetic. We have a twin bedroom and wet room downstairs for the less mobile, and the property is suitable for wheelchair access.
