It is a semi-detached cottage which is set in a tranquil courtyard with two other unique cottages. It is surrounded by 2.5 acres of gardens. The cottage has a unique design reflecting old Ireland with Modern Amenities. Location is 4 miles from the village of Emly which has shops and a restaurant. The local pub is a 10 minute walk from the cottage, and is a real Irish pub with mud walls and full of character. There are many nearby attractions which include Golf Courses. Mountain Biking etc.

We are 5 minutes to Clare Glens, 10 minutes to Newport town and Murroe Village which hosts Glenstal Abbey, 34 minutes to Limerick city, 30 minutes to the scenic village of Killaloe,46 minutes to Shannon and 2 hours to Dublin Airport. 12 mins walk, 3 min drive to Main Street, this converted open plan cottage is a lovely place to stay and is child and pet friendly. Excellent train and Bus service. Lots of amenities in the town. Adjacent to Co Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Clare and Tipperary. Great walking/cycling in the area. Cottage fully self contained. There is a large enclosed garden.
