GEM IN A PLACE WHERE TIME STOOD STILL The best thing about this place is the location - right next to the sea in the tiny town of Zaglav. Peaceful, quiet, beautiful surroundings. You can jump into the sea right after walking out of the house. The view from the terrace is beautiful. This is the Host’s family home - on the second floor of which there are 4 studio apartments that have a shared outside entrance via stairs. The terrace of the apartments have some partitions but they are shared so in the end of the day not fully private. The studio (we stayed in no 2, then no 4 as we extended our stay, and Petra was kind enough to book us in) is modern, clean and has all the basics. Bathroom specially nice. Everything was very clean, and the AC works well. Parking is in front of the building, very practical. My only criticism would be the beds - they are doubles but there is a big gap between the two mattresses and we did not find them too comfortable. Petra is a great host.

If you are visiting Zadar and you have the budget, you dont need to look for anything else. By far my best experience of AirBNB. The host is extremely friendly and super responsive. We wanted a short extension (around 1 hour) for checkout and she did not rush us out, gave us ample time. The place itself is extraordinary with a huge terrace facing the ocean in centre. Very lively place with all good restaurants and bars in walking distance. The host is very thoughtful and kept the house stocked with all necessary amenities. She also gave a bottle of wine and pack of chocolates as welcome gift. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting zadar.

Die Unterkunft war einfach der Hammer! Die Einrichtung echt super (genau unser Stil!). Es war extrem sauber und Tonka hat uns persönlich begrüsst und war äusserst herzlich. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt für einen Besuch nach Zadar oder auch in den Paklenica Nationalpark. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und war etwas vom Besten, das wir bisher hatten.

My stay at this beautiful apartment was fantastic! The place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, stylish, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and providing great recommendations for things to do in the area. The apartment had all the amenities I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I can't wait to come back! Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

We vonden deze accomodatie één van de beste die we al ooit hebben gehad! Zowel de accomodatie zelf als de omgeving waren zalig! De papa van Ana woont er ook en dat was heel handig, hij is ook een super-vriendelijke man! Hij heeft zelfs een nieuw koffiezetapparaat gebracht omdat het aanwezige koffie-apparaat niet accordeerde met onze zelf meegebrachte filter-koffie. Over goeie service gesproken! Extra handdoeken , lakens, enz waren aanwezig ; handig wasmachine! Zeer grote gezellige ruimtes, alles aanwezig, magnifiek zwembad, goeie ligzetels. Heel goed bed, zeer handig zetelbed, het voelde direct als thuis, cosy verlichting, heerlijke douchegel! zeer ruim terras met alles erop en eraan. Bol zelf was super-rustig en heel gezellig! Het enige min-puntje voor ons was dat er weinig boten naar de andere eilanden beschikbaar waren. privé-taxi-boot heel duur. Dit heeft onze planning in de war gebracht maar desondanks dat min-puntje hebben we enorm genoten omdat al de rest perfect was!

Great modern villa with a handy supermarket just over the road. Felt very clean, had three large double rooms and a swimming pool (which sadly I didn't get to use due to the weather) Private at the time I was there as the neighbor in the house that overlooks was away. The host had great communication with me throughout the stay and I felt safe and comfortable in the location. Unfortunately during my stay they were digging up the road so it was very noisy most of the day. A real shame as I currently live on a building site at home and would loved some quiet- but that is no fault of the owner- just unfortunate. The weekends were blissfully quiet though- with the chickens clucking away instead. Loved the little apartment round the back- super en suite shower room! Thank you for a great stay and I hope you got to enjoy some of the food and drink I left for you too! :)

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Rogac auf Solta. Die Wohnung war genau wie auf den Fotos, super schön, sauber und außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Wir haben gerne Zeit auf der großen Terasse verbracht, von der man auf das Meer blickt. Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern (10 und 12) da und ohne Auto unterwegs. Ana und ihr Mann waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns z.B. bei An- und Abreise mit dem Auto zum Fähranleger gefahren. Ansonsten waren wir zu Fuß oder mit dem Kajak unterwegs. Zum Fähranleger sind es ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Hier gibt es einen Kiosk und eine einfache Pizzeria und natürlich die Fähre nach Split, die mehrmals täglich fährt. Zum nächsten Supermarkt im Nachbarort (2km und einen steilen Hügel) brauchten wir ca. 35 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben auch eine Wandertour in eine traumhaft schöne Bucht auf die wenig bewohnte Südseite der Insel gemacht (4,6km). Vielen Dank für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub.

Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Der Gastgeber spricht flüssig Englisch und hatte bei einem Problem direkt eine Lösung parat. Leider waren die privaten Liegen am Privatstrand sehr hart und einige gebrochen, aber die Auswahl war trotzdem groß. Weg zum Strand ist sehr kurz.

This was the perfect spot to stay in Split. It's incredibly close to the beach and some great restaurants, and very easy walking distance to explore the old town centre and Diocletian's palace. Because it's on the lower ground floor it stayed cool and welcoming after a hot day even with the AC turned off.
