Kitchenette, laundry, beautiful private patio w/firepit + landscaped backyard. NOTE: NOT childproof. NOT soundproof w/all wood floors in apt & upstairs. Sadly past guests w/children have ruined/stained/damaged items in our space. NO children under 12.
