What a wonderful way to start a long stay in Paris. If I knew how great this home is, I would have asked to stay for more time. I was there for 6 nights. I say home because it was so comfortable and Delphine was extremely considerate and caring about my stay…plus a pleasure to communicate with. Having both a tub and shower was a treat…to have a soak after a long day of trekking the streets and museums. The furniture is very easy to melt into for morning coffee and evening reading. The king bed is comfortable and quality linens feel great. All the little luxuries not easily found in the city were here! I look forward to returning to Paris and hope this will be available when I do.

Le logement était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Audrey est très réactive et proactive. Merci beaucoup pour les petites intentions, nous avons vraiment apprécié avec les enfants. Je recommande vivement et de plus c'est vraiment pas loin de Disneyland en voiture.

Appartement cosy à la décoration originale et chaleureuse, confortable,très bien équipé , à tous niveaux . Une belle résidence calme et sécurisée. Miss Phan est une colocataire adorable, qui une fois en confiance quémande attention et grattouilles. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Paris en transports en commun, tout en profitant aussi du quartier : parc des Buttes Chaumont , parc de la Villette, canal Saint Martin et autres. Au quotidien de nombreux commerces au pied de l'immeuble. De plus Lydie est une hôte amicale,réactive et attentionnée .

Thank you. We had a great time. Very responsive and always helpful. Btw the location is PRIME - everything we wanted to do/see was mostly walking distance or a short metro ride away. Would like to come back here if I ever visit Paris again.

Hemos pasado unos días en paris en este bonito apartamento con todas las necesidades, buena zona, todo limpio y con mucho gusto, no dudamos en repetir alojamiento en nuestro próximo viaje a Paris.

Jean-Michel was a wonderful and responsive host. We loved the apartment, the energy of the neighborhood, and how easy it was to get wherever we wanted to be. It was everything we needed for a perfect long weekend in Paris!

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb von Paris, ist aber trotzdem zentral gelegen. In Ivry-sur-Seine gibt es alles fürs tägliche Leben, so dass man in der gut ausgestatteten Küche kochen kann. Die Wohnung von Samy war für uns spektakulär im 8. Stock mit einer grandiosen Aussicht auf Ivry-sur-Seine und die Seine. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Jalousien dunkelten komplett ab. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und sehr sicher. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung und vergeben 5 Sterne.
