"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

La casa tiene unos 80 metros cuadrados, cuenta con cocina, baño, salón, terraza y dos habitaciones. Todas las habitaciones dan a la calle, lo que proporciona mucha luz natural. La casa tiene una capacidad para 4 personas, y además podemos proporcionarle una minicuna para su bebe. Cerca de la casa encontrara restaurantes, supermercados, farmacia, las cuevas del Hams y del Drach.

Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.
