Kitchenette with fridge/freezer, basic cookware, microwave, toaster, Kuerig, & hot plate (no oven). Only shared space is the fenced yard with fire pit! Pets welcome; $30 pet fee and dogs must be under 50 lbs.

Driveway parking with easy access to the studio entrance. Shared yard with fire pit and picnic table.

Sparrow Suite on Grand


This 650 sq ft basement gem is tucked in a super walkable neighborhood. You’ll have your own entrance, ONE free parking spot out back. Above the suite is a private tattoo studio — you might hear a little light foot traffic during Monday to Friday (10 AM to 5 PM), but it’s delightfully quiet otherwise. Note for our taller friends: the ceilings are 6 feet 10 inches high, with a few cozy spots at 6 feet.
