Our place is 15 min. from Omaha's zoo; 10 min from the Old Market; 5 min. from shopping/restaurants; 15 min. from the airport, and for nurses 3-10 min. from several hospitals. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.

Welcome to Blue#2! A cozy studio apartment located within minutes of downtown but without the metered parking. Perfect for those who want to enjoy everything that Omaha has to offer (including the world famous zoo!) or just relax at home. Includes free wifi access, Netflix account and Roku tv. This apartment is in a renovated 1920's home so you will have your usual quirks that come with an older home. Pets are welcome! Please read the house rules and do not plan on leaving pets unattended.

Only two blocks to Downtown Council Bluffs where you can grab a meal, drinks, or shop. Downtown Omaha, airport, Iowa Western Community College, Stir Cove, the Omaha zoo are all within 15 minutes. It is a historic home so will have quirks that come with an older home. The bathroom is a hand held shower/bath only.

One playground is 3 blocks to the east by the pool and another is a 10 minute walk on the walking path. This area backs up to a creek and woods and is home to many deer, turkey, coyotes, raccoons, possums, etc. When on the patio, turkeys may walk up to the patio. Enjoy the community seasonal pool just 2 blocks to the east. Hours are 11 AM to 8 PM.
