This downtown condo is located on Market St. and is in the perfect location to enjoy Knoxville. Only 2.5 blocks to Market Square, 1 block to Gay St. and a 10 minute walk to UT, riverfront or the Old City. Walk to bus stations & trolley stops. Pets are always welcome. It’s my primary home & I only rent when I (and a furry golden retriever) are out of town. You can expect it to be comfy and lived in. The furry mutt could win a shedding contest. The most common feedback is folks love the location!

This apartment overlooks Downtown Knoxville's Gay Street. It's really hard to pull me away from those large floor to ceiling windows! Market Square being your backyard is so convenient with multiple unique restaurants & shops. You can easily walk to Neyland Stadium (0.8 miles) from the apartment, (1.1 miles) to Thompson-Boling Arena, a brisk (0.1 mile) walk to Tennessee Theatre, (0.4 miles) to Knoxville's Convention Center, and so much more! 1.6 miles to Downtown 2.2 miles to UT Campus 11 miles to TYS Airport Hang out in the Hot Tub, Make s'mores by the fire, then curl up on the memory foam mattress and watch a movie. This funky studio is just minutes from downtown, UT, Neyland and Thompson-Boling. It has a fully stocked kitchenette complete with a beverage fridge, microwave and hotplate. The studio is attached to a larger house, but is completely locked off and private. It also has its own parking and entrance.

Chill out on the couch or cook a gourmet meal with family and friends. Two large en-suite bedrooms welcome you to your nightly rest. And even though we are downtown, noise is nearly always minimal.

Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.
