The space is clean with a bedroom, living room, bath, laundry and kitchenette Wifi, cable, coffee. It is in the basement of our home. There are interior stairs with a privacy door at the top. The Basement Apt has it's own Private Exterior Entrance. .

We have designed the space for comfort and easy living while you are enjoying the mile-high city of Denver or the beauty of the Rocky Mountains.

Private patio with hot tub, keyless access, fully equipped kitchen and other cooking condiments are provided. We do not allow smoking, pets or over 4 guests.
