Easy Check-in, nice place. Descriptions and pictures are accurate. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a stay in the area. Just some advice for larger groups: If you have 5 adults all wanting separate beds I would look closely at the pictures of the sleeper sofa and lounger to make sure that's going to work for everyone. The apartment setup is probably a more comfortable situation for adults in 3 rooms and kids on the sleeper sofa and lounger, but your mileage may vary. Thanks for the nice stay!

Mieszkanie miłe i zadbane. Kuchnia świetnie wyposażona. Na gości czeka powitalne wino i woda. Kawa i herbata była również do dyspozycji. Doskonały kontakt z właścicielem, który był bardzo pomocny. Bylismy w tym mieszkaniu już drugi raz i chętnie znowu do niego wrócimy.

Awesome place to stay. It was very clean and in a perfect place to explore the city. Great restaurants right nearby but also close to train stops for easy access to other areas. TAIMS was always super responsive.

We loved the apartment. It is ideally situated and was perfect for our little dog. The area is really nice an peaceful. It was also easy to get downtown via the red line. Karen was a fantastic host. We appreciated all the little gestures and the fact that she had saved a parking spot for us upon our arrival. We would come back anytime.

We stayed at Karolinas apartment for 7 months and she was a wonderful host. She quickly addressed any problems. For example, we locked our keys in the apartment. I texted her and a new set of keys were promptly delivered. The apartment itself is super comfortable. Great furniture and appliances and we enjoyed the outdoor balcony. I would highly recommend renting from Karolina and this apartment specifically. We have no complaints and our stay was wonderful. Thank you Karolina!

This place has the best location. It was easy for me to take the Brown line and get around town. Cute coffee shop bakery on the corner. Mark and Carmen where friendly when we meet in the garden. Nice stay!

Clean, comfortable, and convenient! The perfect place for my family of 5 to stay for graduation weekend at Loyola. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable! Included parking was perfect - we easily walked everywhere we needed to go. Loyola is about a 15 minute walk away. Grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, etc are all nearby. (Ann Sather is about 3 minutes away - try their cinnamon rolls!) Stanley was immediately responsive when we had questions, but otherwise was an unobtrusive host.

House is vast, clean, and absolutely beautiful inside and out. Easy to get with a car or local transit and a short walk. Pictures don't do the house justice it has lovely historical features and more room than it seems between the three floors (ground floor, basement and upstairs). With two usable balconies and a patio backyard there is more enough space to entertain a small group outside.

This was a great place to stay for our weekend in Chicago. We liked the layout of the apartment and appreciated the fully-stocked kitchen. Johanna was very responsive and helpful.

rob and sue were great hosts. easy, timely communication. the house has everything you’ll need and is spacious and quiet, despite being close to some busy streets. walkable to diners, restaurants, and some shopping. . will definitely book again.

The place was lovely—clean, comfortable, and just as described. Tom was very communicative and easy to reach, which made everything smooth and stress-free. One thing to note: there were several air fresheners throughout the house, which created a strong scent. We're a bit more sensitive to smells, so it was something we definitely noticed and found a bit challenging. If you're sensitive to artificial fragrances, it's just something to keep in mind before booking. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Everything about this place was great, the location, the bathroom, the bedrooms ect everything was clean and fresh. I loved it and I would recommend this place!

Great place! Very well kept and clean. Tom is very responsive from the time you book. Just be mindful that as stated there is NO where to park if you drive. All in all such a great neighborhood.

This was a great place to stay while in town with friends for a weekend! Walkable to great restaurants and shops, and the place was extremely clean and filled with natural light. Comfy beds and good shower pressure. Would stay again!

Our group had a wonderful stay at Alex's place! He was so accommodating setting us up for our stay, allowing an early check in, getting parking passes and a crib set up prior. We appreciated his quick response times and thoughtful communication - it is apparent he wants his guests to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We recommend this place to anyone! 10/10.

We really enjoyed our three nights in Matt's roomy upstairs apartment. Great to have a space in his garage; the car stayed parked there while we took the blue line downtown each day. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the Logan Square station. If you're flying into or out of O'Hare, it would be convenient, since the airport is the last stop on the blue line.

Although I did have the address and some information about the entrance way, the lock box for the keys was a tad difficult to figure out. A call to him and his prompt response helped me out. Talking with him on the phone helped me understand where the free parking spaces were (in a gated area) and how to access them. The smart lock box on the door of the "apartment" was confusing to me but I'm of a different generation. Another call to him, again with a prompt response, helped me out. The only complaints would be that the jet tub in my bathroom wasn't able to be used due to the nozzle not working to fill the tub and there was only one box of facial tissues on the fireplace mantle. For people with allergies, a box in each bathroom would have been a plus. My brother and I enjoyed our stay even though it was a tad noisy due to street noise but ... that's a downtown stay, I suppose.

Under the category of actions speak louder than words, I have stayed at Allan's place about five times, and it remains my first choice when visiting Chicago.

Fantastic visit and great space! It is about 3 miles from downtown, put easily accessible via rideshare. The downstairs space is great for groups and for relaxing, and the kitchen is great!
