This craftsman bungalow was built by the Sawmill in 1926 as employee housing. It’s a private home, walking distance from Old Town plaza, the museums, parks & downtown Albuquerque. We are located within walking distance of Slow Burn Coffee, Rumor Pizza, Golden Crown Panaderia, Marble Brewery, Tiguex Park, Old Town, Explora, the local famer’s market, Lowes Grocery Store, and Civic Plaza.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The space is connected to our house, but with a separate gate and entrance. We live in a calm neighborhood. This is a safe and clean stay for a single, a couple, a little family or 2 couples. Especially nice for a single woman traveling for pleasure or work.
