Spacious 995 sq.ft. 2 bedroom 1 bath condominium. Offers year round access to everything outdoors in altitude. Connected to hiking , biking, jeeping, camping, fishing (100 yards away), kayaking. Also near white water rafting. Wifi, smart tv. TVs in bedrooms and living room. ***In winter months 4 wheel drive is required*** Located in the mountains at 10,000 ft. so there is a 9 mile drive down a well maintained county highway to Idaho Springs. See Moose, Black Bear, Deer, Bobcat.

The Treeline Outpost

Spacious 5 bed 3 bath home. This welcoming retreat is an ideal rental for large groups or families, with easy access to I-70 and close proximity to all Summit County ski resorts and Red Rocks Amphitheater. Enjoy mountain activities with nearby hiking, fly fishing, and rafting. Walk down just a few hundred feet to Clear Creek for a riverside walk, bike ride, or wild trout fishing. While the home is very private from neighbors, it is located in a residential area so no parties are allowed.

Green Cabin (spotty WiFi and cell signal)

This cabin is the perfect spot to rest after a day in the mountains! The main floor has a living room and kitchen. The upstairs loft is outfitted with a queen bed and a queen size pull-out sofa. The basement features a twin-sized bunk bed! Our beautiful mountain location limits our access to internet, so the cell signal, WiFi and cable can be very slow or non-existent at times. We recommend planning to be off-the-grid in case this happens during your stay! We do not allow parties.
