Jake was very quick to respond. His instructions were clear and easy to understand. Check in and check out were very easy. Jake’s home is welcoming and extremely clean. It’s very peaceful.

Hello. I just wanted to leave our experience at this place, it’s being amazing. We just had a little concern about the shower situation I wish we had more water pressure. Te rest of the house was just good enough for all of us. One more thing is that the patio is just good there is a lot of space but when it gets night is really dark we can’t really see anything, I wish there was at least one post light outside so we can have more view at night . And spend more time outside. If we had more light outdoors it could had made it a little better ! But thank you for having this place it’s been amazing

We stayed here to celebrate our dad's 80th birthday with family! Such a great gathering place, beautiful, spacious and great for entertaining. Everything we needed was provided and more, so clean and comfortable, we felt right at home!

This property was an invaluable addition to our trip. The house is in a beautiful location with comfortable, peaceful surroundings. The host had thought of everything! Fluffy towels, plush bathrobes, basic accommodation in the kitchen. The couches and beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. Will definitely return if the opportunity arises.

We very much appreciated the convenience of this comfortable, clean home in the peaceful area of Blair. We were able to feel right at home, and appreciated Jon's communications and the ease of this rental. Will definitely use again when our family is in the area.

Shelley's place was fantastic! We' were within easy walking distance of downtown, and the space was perfect for mine and a coworker's stay in Ida Grove. We would love to stay again if we're in the area

This was a nice, quiet place to stay. It was a little hard to find as we couldn't find the house number, but it looked just like the photos so that helped. The house was remodeled with a lot of great features and still had a farmhouse feel. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. We had a great stay and will likely return next time we are in the area.
