The apartment was ideally located for us. We parked at the rear as directed by Richard and didn't need to use the car until we left.

Chris was an amazing host. He sent over a great list of recommendations and was very helpful throughout our stay. The property was absolutely beautiful and literally 30 seconds or less from the beach. It was very well equipped for a family with children and very comfortable. It is situated in a lovely area with restaurants, shops and anything you could possibly need nearby. There is free parking about 1-2 minutes away from the property. Personally I think it was such an amazing value for what you pay, especially being on the beachfront. We will defo be coming back!

Très beau logement, bien situé dans la rue principale et à 100m de la plage comme le nom l’indique. Les hôtes sont très réactifs et tout se passe comme prévu sans surprise !

Logement conforme à la description, idéalement situé par rapport à la plage (accès assez direct par un long escalier, pour descendre par une rampe il faut marcher un peu plus), à un bon petit restaurant (très abordable qui propose d'excellents fruits de mer), à des petits commerces dont une boulangerie. Donc nous conseillons certainement. Seul point d'attention il n'y a qu'une salle de bain avec douche mais deux toilettes. Donc si vous êtes nombreux, il faut s'organiser le matin pour la douche.

My second time of staying here and it was as lovely as the first time. Place is kept lovely and clean and the instructions from Lisa are brilliant. Lisa is very helpful and answers messages very quickly. I'll be back next year!!

Nice flat, dog friendly, good access to dog friendly beach, 5 min walk to Broadstairs, lovely views from the living area. Very responsive and helpful host. definitely recommended

Comfortable flat in a lovely location. Very homely and full of character. Wonderful for the beach. Lovely park nearby. Eveything you need for a stay by the sea. Dogs welcomed a bonus with towels, food and bed facilities for our furry family member.

John was so helpful and friendly, the flat so clean and tidy with everything you need. Right on sea front. About a 25 minute walk to the theatres and main town. My only criticism is the exceptionally small toilet/shower room.

Island View was a fab place to stay and Lorna was a 5* host! All was cleaned and tidy, accurately described with easy to find instructions Herne Bay was new to us, but walks to Whitstable, fabulous views, sea swimming at Margate, etc, etc made us really want to return Thanks for everything Lorna!!

We stayed here for a week and it was a great location for us , the property was warm , clean and relaxing during our stay . Will definitely stay again when back in Hastings. Thank you .

This was a fantastic stay at a wonderful modern flat that overlooks a quieter bay and beach on the nicer side of Margate nearer to the royal esplanade. The area feels well kept and safe. The place was spotlessly clean thanks to the brilliant check in guys, who even let us in earlier than check in and let us leave items in the fridge ahead of the formal check in time. The instructions for the flat were clear and entirely fair given this may not just be used as a rental but also for the host to use or live in themselves. The benefit of this dynamic is that the flat is beautiful and extremely well equipped especially in the kitchen. As a keen cook, I was very happy to see I had what I needed to make anything I wanted, all utensils you’d expect to have at home! His handbook had good recommendations, it’s near fantastic fish restaurants Angela’s and Sargossa which in my view are just visits for any foodie Top guy, top flat, great location - overall marvellous margs See you again soon!

We hadden een prachtig verblijf. De ligging van het huis is schitterend. Zicht op zee en de duinen zijn je tuin. Het huis is heel licht en mooi ingericht. De verhuurders waren zeer vriendelijk en onmiddellijk bereikbaar. Onze kinderen hadden het er ook helemaal naar hun zin, zo dicht bij het strand. We hadden ook heel mooi weer :-)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - 12 of us for my Mum's 60th birthday. We loved the proximity to the beach, especially for the kids, the spacious airy kitchen and open living area, the enclosed front and back gardens for the dogs, the bunk beds, the airstream and the cabin! We had a chef come in and cook a special meal and the kitchen was really well stocked for that too. I wouldn't hesitate to book this beautiful house again!

We had a great time at Stephanie's with our family. Stephanie was friendly, helpful and very responsive. A great location for the beach and harbour, a very clean, comfortable and stylish home.

What. A. Gem.! Unbelievable location. Unbelievable house! Quiet and convenient, yet right on the beachfront and in the middle of town. With very convenient private parking.

Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! Amazing location right on the beach with easy and right outside the apartment street parking. Fit 5 adults and 2 dogs perfectly (however no outside space for dogs to go toilet, have to take them over the field but again right outside the apartment so easy) Lovely apartment with all essential amenities, I would stay here again. A lovely little spot with a sea view, quiet - easy free parking (even for our van). 10 minute walk into town. Tesco Express round the corner if you want to eat in which we did on the last night. Cosy yet spacious - perfect place to stay in Margate - will definitely be coming back here when we're next in the area.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Christian, très propre, calme et fonctionnel. Il dispose de tout le confort nécessaire. L emplacement est très appréciable, à proximité de commerces et de très jolies balades. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir séjourner dans son logement et recommandons sans hésitation.

Bon séjour chez Jean-Baptiste. Logement impeccable, propre, bien équipé. Literie excellente. Proche de toute commodités. Nous y reviendrons ! Dommage pour l’échafaudage sur la terrasse mais c’était bien mentionné dans l’annonce.

One of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in . Bexys home was a great find , perfect sea views and the most amazing decor. No boring Flatpack furniture here from Ikea . This has been very well thought out and you can see a passion for design . Highly recommend .

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour de cinq jours chez Simon. La maison est spacieuse, calme, confortable, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Il y a de nombreuses activités à faire à proximité, avec plein de recommandations dans un livret laissé à disposition au sein du logement. Simon est très sympathique et réactif. Il n’y avait pas de parking pour les visiteurs,m à proximité immédiate du logement, mais nous avons pu stationner dans une rue située à 15-20 minutes à pied.

A beautiful apartment with lovely views across the beach. The apartment was really clean and comfortable and Abbey and Joe go out of their way to make your stay as great as possible - we especially loved the welcome gifts left for us and the detailed information about the surrounding area and recommendations. We had a fantastic couple of days away and would highly recommend!
