"The Townsend" - Hot Tub!

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Please read "the space" section, which gives room-by-room detail.

Baybreeze Bungalow Luxury Couple’s Retreat

Baybreeze bungalow by the bay, is just blocks from the beautiful Cape May sunsets and the Cape May-Lewes Ferry. The entire bungalow is your home during your stay. It is a short walking distance to the beach and a close drive or bike-ride to the center of Cape May. This lux bungalow sleeps 2 comfortably and is great for adult getaways. All amenities for a great, worry-free, and relaxed stay are provided for you. We do not allow dogs/pets in the bungalow. There will be a $100 penalty.

Beautiful views from front and back porches, full kitchen, two full baths. Great getaway for 1 or 2 couples. Pets allowed with prior permission and additional deposit.

Warm, Cozy, Beach Cottage on the Bay

Relax alone or with the whole family at this peaceful beach cottage. Master bedroom has a queen size bed. The kids bedroom has a twin bunk bed. The walk through bedroom has a full size bed with a pull out twin bed as well as 2 queen size sofa beds. NOTE: THIS IS A BAY BEACH AND IS NOT A SWIMMING BEACH. The beach is great for taking long walks and sunning but not suitable for bathing. House has stairs and is elevated, not suitable for folks who have difficulty with stairs.

You want to bring all your necessities when coming in because the closest grocery store is about 30 mins away. We offer kayaks to be used and a vast variety of fishing equipment. In the heart of beautiful downtown Milford, you’ll be able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants and the historic Riverwalk. **THERE IS NOT A FULL KITCHEN IN THIS UNIT, just a very basic kitchenette. There is a microwave, keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, and toaster oven available for your convenience.
