Really wonderful house in a beautiful place! I booked this for a quiet weekend retreat with friends and it was perfect - the house is situated in a very peaceful location with an incredible view of the pond and Fall foliage. There were so many comfortable and well designed seating/gathering areas for us to share meals and socialize. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals together and plenty of space to cook. The house is very clean and spacious, the hosts were very communicative when we had questions and also helped with a last minute update to our reservation the week of. I highly recommend booking here, our group is looking forward to hopefully coming back in the Summer to enjoy the pond and the pool!

Sue’s place had great views and that cozy cabin feel. She was a great host and was very willing to accommodate us. The Airbnb was exactly as it was described. The surrounding town was also beautiful and had excellent places to eat. Well worth the stay.

This cottage was the perfect respite for my family. The big panoramic window that looked out over the water was perfect. The house was so comfortable and the hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend a stay here. There isn’t a lot to do in the immediate area, but the university of Delaware was 20 minutes away and Baltimore an hour south. It was a perfect house for a long weekend getaway.

Loved the cabin! Especially enjoyed the hot tub and board games and super comfortable beds! Woke up every morning to the sounds of the birds. Perfectly clean, quiet and peaceful (we did think it would be set back further from the street, but there’s almost no traffic so the road noise was minimal). The wood-fired hot water and heat give a nice rustic touch, plenty of wood is included and it only needs to be stoked twice a day. Laundry soap is provided, which was a nice bonus, as are the kitchen staples (peanut butter, flour, spices, popcorn, etc). Melody is a great communicator, answering all questions promptly, and everything was as described in the listing. Everything is labeled and the instructions and house rules are clear and easy to understand. As someone who travels frequently, this property is well above average, particularly in this region. Will happily stay here again next time we’re in the area!

We had a blast! A group of us rented both cabins and we all had a great time and loved that you don’t need to lower the music and there is no one around to bother you. Perfect peaceful place

This is our second time staying in the cabins at Thomas's place and as usual, it felt right at home and was amazing. There have been some upgrades done since last year's stay such as the bathrooms and the mattresses in the cabin. The mattresses in the cabin are soft but firm and we slept like a baby. Check in is super easy and Thomas has always been quick to respond whenever I reached out. We have only been in the summer to stay since it's only a 35 minute commute to Ocean City Beach and boardwalk but we have been thinking about coming to stay in the fall to get the complete "camping" experience here. Overall everything was great as always; no complaints.

The cabins are neat and clean and air conditioned, and the surroundings are beautiful. A great nature getaway just thirty minutes from Assateague and Ocean City, jewels of the east coast.

Excellent space, the cabin was a little more than I expected based off the reviews. We went with 5 kids 2 adults and a dog and were very comfortable!

The area: -Scenic -Quiet -Country feel -Seeing wildlife on the pond The hosts: -Responsive -Friendly -On top of restocking/cleaning Room to improve (host is still relatively new): -Night lighting around cabin/parking area, as well as from cabins to bathhouse -Parking lot may need to be expanded, limited spots to park during heavy rain Overall, my stay was serene and I enjoyed it and the hosts were awesome. Definitely recommend.

Loved the area. It was my son's 11th Birthday and he wanted to go to a cabin. Went fishing, exploring, cookout and sat around a fire telling scary stories. It was just what we wanted.

We had a great experience at the house! Communication with Jonelle was great! On arrival everything was clean and tidy. The location was quiet which was nice because we ran a 5k in the morning. Everything was great except the mattresses weren’t the most comfortable but everyone has different preferences.

We like the cabin because it's not too far from the DE Turf facility. It's also very clean and quiet. Remember it's on a farm, so be prepared to hear (and smell) the animals nearby! It was fun to see the pigs moving about in their area this morning.

Me encantó este alojamiento hermosa vista. Una casa rústica hermosa muy equipada con todo lo que te puedas imaginar. Cocina limpia y con muchas cosas que puedes ocupar igual el baño muy equipada con productos de cuidado personal por si olvidaste algo esta casa lo tiene. Es sorprendente como este alojamiento brinda cada detalle que puedas ocupar dentro y fuera del lugar. Muy limpio toallas y sábanas limpias. Definitivamente lo recomiendo y pienso volver me encantó
