Check out this unique and tranquil getaway. Wiley Farms is a working horse and cattle farm. During your stay, you can live the farm life and not have to do any of the work! The 109-acre farm is in full view from your back door. Many days you may catch some cowboys practicing rodeo events at the arena. A walking trail will be available soon. There is a very good chance you see deer, rabbits, racoons, ducks flying in to roost, along with the horses and cattle. All this, and only 3 miles from town!

Yet it also has a few modern day updates such as the fully stocked, island kitchen; the best of both worlds! You can enjoy your morning coffee in the rocking chairs on the front porch and grill dinner under the string lights on the back deck where we have a cute, fenced in back yard! This is a wonderful 2000 sq. ft. 3 BR / 2 bath house with a den, LR, DR, Kitchen and laundry room plus a full front porch with a swing and rockers, a back deck and pergola with seating and swing, and a 2 car carport and gravel driveway on 5 acres surrounded by a loblolly pine tree farm. We have high speed fiber internet/WIFI. We have 2 smart TV's with a DVD player and board games, as well. Our kitchen is well stocked for most cooking needs.

It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry, living room with fold down sofa, full kitchen and dining space, and covered patio area. This property is very nice and comfortable. The neighborhood is also very quiet allowing you access to a great park next door with a walking path and tennis courts. Downtown Douglas is only 1 mile away!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. In close proximity to the center of town yet very quiet area. Our home is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath with a large living room. The sofa in the living room has a bed to accommodate 2 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dinning table. We have a small coffee station for guest enjoyment.
