Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!

Come have fun and make some memories with the whole family at our 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home near DFW Airport. We have two game rooms with plenty of games for everyone to enjoy. The game room with the Pool Table and Ping Pong Table does have AC. We also have an amazing backyard seating area with a Television, Corn Hole, and Hot Tub when it is time to sit back and relax! Walking distance to the Gaylord and backs to lake Grapevine! You will be minutes from downtown Grapevine in this charming lakeside cottage. Recently updated. Relax on the large outdoor patio overlooking Lake Grapevine, enjoy s'mores in the fire pit and experience dining and shopping in historic downtown Grapevine. The house backs to Katie's Woods Park and the lake.
