Südengerichtete Untergeschosswohnung mit privatem Eingang und eigenem Garten. An Aussichtslage, ohne Verkehr aber nur 2 Min zum Bus. 12 Min zu Fuss bis zum Goetheanum . Parkplätze gibt es an der Strasse . Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr geräumig. Der Fernseher hat nur Smart TV übers Internet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet aber der Wasserhanen in der Küche hat nur kaltes Wasser.Warmes Wasser gibt es im Badezimmer welches direkt neben der Küche ist. Das beliebte Bett ist 180x220cm zudem 2 Einzelbette.

Zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einem 140x200 cm Bett. Voll ausgestattete Küche und stilvolles Badezimmer mit Walk-in Dusche. Balkon zum gemütlichen Draußensitzen. Einstellhallenplatz für einen Pkw vorhanden. Wohnung nicht für Kleinkinder geeignet. Wir haben einen Hund, der regelmässig in der Wohnung ist.

Studio T&C - Wo man sich wohl fühlt!

Das Studio mit eigenem Eingang liegt im Sockelgeschoss eines Hauses der Wohnsiedlung "Seidentor", mit insgesamt 16 Eigentumswohnungen. Es hat ein grosses Fenster mit Ober- Aussenlicht. Das Studio misst knapp 20 m2, verfügt über eine Sitzecke (mit Schlafsofa), eine Theke und ein grosses Doppelbett. Ebenfalls hat es eine Nasszone mit eigener Dusche, Lavabo und Toilette. Es gibt keine Kochmöglichkeit, aber es hat einen kleinen Kühlschrank, einen Wasserkocher und eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine.

Ruhige Oase nahe Basel

Ruhige Unterkunft mit direkter Verkehrsanbindung an Basel (18 Minuten mit dem Tram ab Basel SBB). Dorfkern mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 3 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr ruhige Lage trotz Stadtnähe. Die Unterkunft grenzt an unser Haus, der Zugang verläuft durch den Garten. Der Raum ist durch einen Holzofen beheizbar. Wir sind eine vierköpfige Familie mit einem sehr zutraulichen Cocker Spaniel sowie 3 Hühnern. Wlan ist nur im Garten benutzbar ( Zimmerwände sind zu dick )
