The accommodation has a bathroom, cozy box bed and kitchenette. Enjoy the sounds of birds, playful squirrels and all the greenery around you. Ideally located in "West-Brabant", 45 min from the beaches of Zeeland, 30 min from Rotterdam and Antwerp and 20 min from Breda. You will enjoy our house because of the athmospheren, the light, garden, neighbourhood and comformtable beds. My house is suitable for couples, business travellers, groups of friends and families. B&B Ut Hoeveneind, je eigen huisje in de natuur

Ons huisje is vooroorlogs, maar helemaal opgeknapt tot een moderne, warme en sfeervolle Bed & Breakfast. Waar vroeger het toilet buiten in de tuin stond en de bedstede midden in de woonkamer, hoef je tegenwoordig voor douche en toilet het huisje niet meer uit. Binnen is het knus door de warme aankleding en de sfeervolle houtpellet kachel. ’s Avonds is het er na een dag golven, sauna of wandelen heerlijk vertoeven bij de haard onder het genot van een drankje. Goede wifi ook om te werken.

In de kelder een barretje, voetbaltafel en bank met televisie. Buiten een ruime tuin met speelhuisje en trampoline. NIEUW houtgestookte hottub in de tuin. De omgeving biedt ruime mogelijkheden voor uitgebreide fietsroutes. Daarnaast bevindt zich op loopafstand (800m) een brasserie waar je heerlijk kan lunchen en dineren. Wij bieden tevens mogelijkheid om zowel de Vliet en omliggende plassen als het centrum van Leiden te verkennen op een luxe sloep, in overleg is hierin veel mogelijk.

Cozy and private studio, 4.5 km from centre

Nice room with your own bathroom with shower and toilet. There's no real kitchen but there is a fridge and combination microwave. You have your own entrance and behind the room is a large public grass field you can use as your garden. After a 3-minute walk, you'll reach a few shops and the bus stop, from there the bus takes you in 22 minutes to the central station. Bicycles are not available anymore. Parking in the neighborhood is free and there's enough space.

Located in the Hoeksche Waard, about 25 minutes from major cities and 40 minutes from the North Sea. Walking and cycling routes start from the property. Dogs are welcome and can roam safely in the private fenced garden!

It is a quiet street next to the vibrant 'Lombok' area. This makes it the ideal place to stay and discover Utrecht by foot. Out of respect for the neighbours parties are not allowed. Amsterdam can easily visit by train. This only takes you a 10 min walk and 25min train to Amsterdam Central station !
