Tiny House studio stay in Moncks Corner

The tiny house is located in our backyard in a small town, Moncks Corner, South Carolina. As you enter the house, you will notice that it is small but it has everything you will need to enjoy your stay! A kitchen to cook in, a table to eat or work at, a nice place to shower and sleep - all in the same room. It is small yet very comfortable and welcoming! We operate off of well water. If you are not used to well water, the smell can sometimes be surprising. Please note: the water is safe.

The house is within walking distance (2-3 blocks) of downtown of Holly Hill, and only a 4 minute drive to Sweatman's Barbecue, which has been featured in Southern Living, USA Today, and Huff Post. This mid-century cottage offers a perfect place to relax after shopping / antiquing in Summerville (30 mins) or sightseeing in historic Charleston (1 hr). 10 miles from both I-95 and I-26.

You will feel as though you are in a country setting but are only a 2 minute drive to the center of Historic Summerville, with multiple choices of restaurants, local shops and of course bars. Play pickleball? We know all the local courts and teams, we are happy to help you find a game!
