First, I will start off by saying that the host does a great job communicating and making sure that your stay is going as expected. The property was easy to find and is very clean. It’s located on the third floor, and only accessible by stairs. The host made that clear in the listing, so that was not a problem at all. Also, wanted to point out that there’s only one tv. It is located in the living room. An additional tv in the bedroom would be a plus. Our room overlooked the playground/pool area, which is beautiful. I will definitely book this property again.

This is a lovely house and a quiet suburban neighbourhood perfect for a family, and perfect for visit in Family. We enjoyed our stay and found Joseph and Bradford very responsive, and helpful.

Awesome Host! We were very pleased with the property. The furnishings were well thought out. It was minimalist while feeling warm and inviting at the same time. It was well-maintained and the surrounding property was very nice. We felt at home in the property and area. Small convenience stores (DT, FD, DG) were all within 1-2 minutes driving and so much more anywhere from 5 minutes or more. It worked out very well for us. *It is on the second floor (we liked that), but just a heads up in case stairs are challenging for you or someone traveling with you. As a host - very responsive, great instructions and clear rules. We definitely recommend this property and host, and we would book again.

Great location! It’s close to downtown attractions and easily accessible to Myrtle Beach and Orangeburg. A big plus was having Publix and other essential stores nearby. The place was very clean and quiet, and I even fit in two workouts—almost making me late for my flight! Thankfully, the airport is just six miles away. Overall, a 10/10 stay!

I booked this place for my crew, and it was an excellent decision. It was affordable and very clean. Keating and Tom were very responsive, and the guys loved the apartment. Thank you guys for the great space!

We loved our stay here! It was a great location, easy drive to everywhere we needed to go including Sumerville, North Charleston, and even a quick 30 minute drive to Mount Pleasant/Isle of Palms. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and provided everything we needed including toilet paper/paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, and linens. The pool and gym were both great! Clear instructions for everything and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

We had a great time at Joseph’s place! Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay (shampoo/soap, plenty of towels, laundry detergent, etc). Check in and out was an absolute breeze. Very quiet neighborhood and listing was very accurate and appreciated the accuracy in terms of distance to beaches & downtown. 10/10 recommend!

First time booking an airbnb and traveling with my daughters. I wasn’t sure what to expect!!! James didn’t disappoint, when our sunny vacation turned into a rainy adventure because of hurricane Debby, James made sure we were ok and had the essentials in the event of an emergency. The backyard is your own private oasis. His place is close to restaurants, shopping and adventures…..definitely would stay here again.

So our situation was quite different. We were never actually able to stay at the air bnb. There were some issues out of the hosts control and they were able to accommodate us for two nights at one of their other locations. Unfortunately we did need to refund the rest of our stay but the hosts were very gracious and we were very grateful.
