Beachfront property a few yards from the ocean located on Villa Playa 1. Enjoy the ocean breeze, great views, and sound of the waves right from your bedroom or the front/back terraces. The complex has a pool and direct access to two different beaches (see pictures). There is also a beautiful reef beach right in front of the villa that is great for snorkeling (only on calm days and with water shoes) and offshore surfing. Condo is within walking distance of restaurants and beachfront bars.
