This house is just steps from a public beach, 230-slip marina, parks, beaches, restaurants, bars and shopping. You can park your car and never have to drive, enjoying the scenery, shopping, swimming and dining. The TV has local channels only, no cable. Menominee is 50 miles north of the city of Green Bay on the bay of Green Bay. Door County is a 2-hour car ride and an hour boat ride across from Menominee. This is a cute 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath house in downtown Menominee on a quiet street.

This is our summer home that we have decided to share in the other seasons. Enjoy the “off” season of NO parades, NO fireworks, NO crowds and NO waiting. Stay and enjoy the colors of fall or the frozen beauty of winter as you visit restaurants without reservations, take leisurely drives to enjoy the vistas or lounge by our fireplaces with a good book. Enjoy Door County in the off season from our Channel House with spectacular views of the water.

Forest Sanctuary with access to Lake Michigan. This beautiful & cozy A-frame on Glidden Drive is a perfect retreat/vacation spot in Door County. A five minute walk to Donny's Glidden supper club and sandy beach access. Large indoor fireplace. Three bedrooms and a loft for dedicated work space. The property backs onto 1000 acre nature preserve with miles of trails to explore. We designed the space with all natural materials, and high-end amenities.

Located on the shore of Moonlight Bay Lake Michigan overlooking Toft and Bues Points. Private waterfront access with beach and dock. Kayaking, canoeing, SUPs, biking, swimming, and fishing (all included). Located on a bike route near Bues Point public boat ramp, Cana Island Light House, The Ridges Sanctuary, and Baileys Harbor. Conveniently located yet private a short trip to Fish Creek/Egg Harbor (15 min), Ephraim/Sister Bay (10 min).
