dieser Ort ist perfekt um mal aus dem Trubel der Stadt zu gelangen. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und super zuvorkommend. Als es mir am Tag der Abreise nicht so gut ging, durften wir auch später auschecken. Bei Ausflügen wurde uns immer direkt geholfen ein Auto zu organisieren. Es ist wirklich ein sehr schöner und ruhiger Ort. das Essen ist auch super lecker.

May is a fabulous host, very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. We stayed in two of her places and both were in great locations, well looked after and had very comfortable beds. Would highly recommend.

Bach helped us out in a pinch when our previously booked Airbnb lost power during 100 degree temps. Despite calling late in the evening and the cleaners still in the process of cleaning, he accepted our reservation and rushed the team to complete. Bach had an entire team of hosts locally that were very responsive. Although, not in the old quarter, it was easy to get around to desired locations using grab. The rooms were very nice and very well air conditioned. Even when we lost power due to city grid maintenance, the first floor room stayed cool. This team bent over backwards to recover what could have been a disastrous start to a shared vacation with my family and my two sister’s families. I highly recommend.

Staying here for a few nights on a short trip in Hanoi really enhanced my whole experience and got the most out of a short time in this City. Checkin and checkout was simple and brief. The Apartment is well designed and very homey with everything of a home, even with in-unit laundry. Very private with the entire two floors for our stay. Interior and beddings are clean and comfortable just like in the pictures and descriptions. Location, Location, Location. It is literally in the centre of Hanoi, the old district. Steps away to all the street foods and restaurants making trend now on Tiktok, youtube food reviews. 10 mins walk diameters to everything you need to see in Hanoi. This allows us to see more of Hanoi in a short amount of time here. The apartment is not on main street, away from the noise pollution, a huge plus for relaxing. All in all, great value, best location. I would say cheaper than hotel and got a lot more. We will stay here again next visit to Hanoi

This place was a lucky find for us. Convenient, memorable, well-located. We loved the style and decor of the place. There are 4 floors with multiple layouts, which works out well for a big family because it affords privacy but you still feel all together. The location is right next to Hoan Kiem but tucked away down an alley so with a little peace and quiet. I loved looking out on Hanoi from the rooftop. The hosts were super flexible about a bunch of things and helped accommodate our two year old as well. They arranged taxis for all our major trips and helped out with advice about timing and locations. A standout experience!

We had best experience while stay in Anna's house. The house exactly looks like in the photo. So comfortable with tropical vibes of the balcony. Super complete aminities and utilities. Anna was so kind, she let us to store out luggages while we already checkout and waiting for the bus to Sapa in the night and it's for FREE! She's also give us 30 minutes additional times for take a shower and changing clothes even already 9.00pm. I highly recommended this house to stay while in Hanoi!

Great location . Plenty of space and own room . The communal area was lovely to chill out in . Very flexible either way check in and check out .

We had a terrific stay! The place is fantastic: clean, bright, and comfortable. The common area and primary bedroom are especially roomy and the two smaller bedrooms are cozy. The neighborhood is fantastic and the location of the flat is ideal. The hosts were very responsive and so helpful. On an unexpectedly cold morning, I asked about extra blankets, which were delivered within the hour. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great location in Hanoi.

One of the very best rentals I’ve ever had - in every category - and I’ve had a lot through Airbnb and other sites! Prior to booking, Thuy was quick and kind with her communication. After booking, she was incredibly helpful with tips for the entire area, local guides, recommendations, and had answers to other questions I had - all done quickly and so pleasantly. Her recommendations were spot on and her referrals were just as great too! Upon the easy check-in, the home was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped for everything I needed for my month-long stay. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was perfect too. It’s rare when a rental in reality completely matches or exceeds the listing’s pictures… and it makes for a super wonderful experience and stay; this is that stay. Thank you Thuy for all your advice, recommendations, and for a wonderful time in Hanoi! The icing on the cake was getting to meet you in person - you are an absolute delight!

Pros The place is very nice and well appointed It is a lot bigger than expected and both bed and sofa are very comfortable. host was very helpful and friendly. Cons unfortunately due to the location (near highway) it is very noisy and was hard to sleep as bedroom has floor to ceiling windows. Apartment is also a little further from west lake than expected, about 10-20 minute walk, although there is some pretty cool bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Overall we had a good stay and it was certainly value for money.

The apartment was so beautiful and looks like the picture, it is located in a very modern and pristine neighbourhood with beautiful surroundings. Hosts were so lovely and helpful too 😀

謝謝Tuan的幫忙，四個晚上我們住的很舒適，第三天下午還有清潔人員來打掃，讓我們的空間保持很乾淨。 整體而言是一個很愉快的經驗，房東回覆也都很即時，吹風機燙衣版洗衣機烘衣機應有盡有！很推薦跟Tuan訂房，同一棟大樓我們其他的朋友的住宿經驗就沒有這麼好，所以我們很幸運能找到Tuan!

Thuy and Phuong were very helpful and responsive prior to and throughout or stay. We had no issues getting into the apartment (the electronic lock is very useful). The location is ideal as it's quieter than the Old Quarter but only a five minute walk away from it. There are lovely restaurants and cafes in the area and it's not difficult to find public transport nearby. The apartment is just like how it looks in the pictures with all amenities provided. The hosts left us two large bottles of water which was much appreciated. The only downside was the shower, which only stayed warm for about 3-4 minutes, even after leaving the immersion on for longer than recommended. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you are visiting Hanoi. Thanks again to Thuy and Phuong!

The best AirBnB of my 10 days Vietnam trip..Spacious, new and fully furnished apartment..It is a great value for money.. The locality is peaceful n clean. It’s far from Old Quarter, that’s the only negative I could say about this property.

3주간 머물렀습니다. 미딩에 이은 제2의 한인촌 아파트라서 매일 수십 명의 한국인들을 볼 수 있었고 건물 보안도 철저했어요. 해당 건물 1층에 편의점, 약국, 한국식당, 한국슈퍼가 있었고 단지 내에 한국세탁소, 한국야식집, 한국빵집, 새마을식당, 홍콩반점, 두끼떡볶이, 하이디라오, 한국정육점 등이 있어 마치 한국에 사는 듯 했습니다. 호치민쪽 아파트들은 벽간 소음이 심했는데 여기는 층간, 벽간 소음없이 조용했고 사진에 나온 호수가 있어서 집에서 보는 뷰도 좋고 나가서 런닝하기도 좋았습니다. 미딩은 매우 가깝고 우버 3-4000원이면 호안키엠이나 롯데마트 이동이 가능해서 편했어요. 10여 개 이상의 축구장에 밑에 있어서 매일 늦게까지 축구를 하는 사람들이 좀 시끄러운 게 유일한 단점이었습니다. 재방문 의사 매우 높습니다.
