Our cedar barrel sauna with window provides a backdrop for some of the best sunsets and becomes a magical expanse in the winter months. You can access trails to the waterfront and downtown from our street. Head down to the basement for a game of ping pong or hang out and watch tv. We also have a driveway to accommodate multiple vehicles. We look forward to hosting you and will be nearby if you need anything. Our short-term license number is 2023-5410.

There is a new multi purpose dining table in the cottage that is also a pool table and has table tennis available for our guests. The hot tub and brand new wood burning sauna are nice and warm for the colder weather here. This building is wheelchair accessible. We are just 10 min off Hwy 11 and 10 Min to the town of Powassan. Enjoy over 70 acres in nature all to yourself. A wonderful peaceful escape for anyone. Located right on the South River.

I would like to welcome you to your home away from home with all the amenities that you would expect from a +2300 sq/ft luxury cottage on Lake Bernard just outside of Sundridge. Our cottage was fully renovated in fall of 2020. This cottage has amazing views that is perfect for families and children with a sandy bottom waterfront, water sports, high speed internet, lots of parking, lots of space, private, full kitchen and laundry.

Cozy guest cabin located at the back of our spacious property on beautiful Lake Nipissing. We are in West Nipissing, specifically Sturgeon Falls, 30 minutes West of North Bay. This is a one bedroom cabin with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out couch, TV and dining area, full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, full bathroom with shower, ceiling fans. Bar-b-q is found on the deck outside.
