This place is a private community with many lanes. We got lost at first, but Pak and his housekeeper came to the rescue just in the nick of time. The communication with Pak was very good. The inside of the house is very spacious and beautiful, but some of the furniture can use some upgrade. The location is good, and the place is very peaceful. We use this house as our place to sleep because we had lots of meetings, so we didn't spend much around the house during the day. The housekeeper is very responsive, helpful and friendly. Thank you for hosting.

Beautiful house - a really special stay. The bedrooms were very nice. There was lots of things for our children to play with as well as a pool ( e.g badminton bats,Ping pong tables and balls) they had a fantastic time. Alex was really helpful before after and during.😊

I stayed here for a month and it was exactly what I was looking for located in the peaceful and quiet outdoors near a rural Thai village. The cabin is very spacious and cosy with everything you need, the WiFi works very well and the host is quick to reply about anything. There is also a cat that sometimes wants to come in for attention and lots of wildlife around the area. It is a huge area that is nice to walk around and it is located next to a small rural village which has everything you need! 2 restaurants for lunch and dinner (one isn’t on Google maps ask one of the workers) which both do amazing food for cheap, much nicer then the city and theyre are also small shops if you want anything else. The people in the village were lovely constantly talking to me and giving me food and drink for free, a Thai family took me to the temple parties on the weekend which was lots of fun and definitely worth the experience. The place is incredibly peaceful and absolutely beautiful, surrounded by nature that makes you feel so relaxed the moment you arrive. The villa itself is very clean, cozy, and well taken care of. Every corner felt welcoming, and even the extra bed was surprisingly comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a luxury mattress! Perfect for both small families and groups of friends who want to spend real quality time together. The atmosphere is quiet, safe, and ideal for unwinding. On top of that, the host was really helpful, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality made the experience even better. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to recharge and make beautiful memories. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a calm escape from the city, and I would love to come back again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

stayed for 2 weeks and would give this experience more stars if I could. Anthanas's place is quiet, comfortable, spacious and very clean. You can't ask for more while visiting. Anthana herself is a true gem... friendly and respectful! Just a very nice person! We've threatened to kidnap her 3 cats (joking), they are awesome 😎. Highly recommend!!!

Spectacular facility with all kinds of space with pools and building with other amenities as listed. Very peaceful, quiet and family/kid friendly. Good security. Plenty of room for one or two people. Great television and Wi-Fi with balcony views. I find most beneficial is a comfortable sofa for 2 to relax watching television or conversation. Huge mall next door. Actually more like an 8-minute walk to the mall over a footbridge and small canal. Besides the mall there isn't much within short walking distance, but the mall has most anything you need anyways. Other than that you'll need taxi or some transportation beyond. In final analysis this facility I highly recommend.

Fully furnished room near Mall

Nous sommes un couple de Français et avons passé un peu plus de deux semaines dans ce logement, et tout était parfait ! L’appartement est propre, conforme aux photos, et offre tout le confort nécessaire. La résidence est top avec une super piscine pour se détendre et surtout une véritable salle de sport ! Contrairement à beaucoup d’Airbnb qui mentionnent une salle de sport sans équipements sérieux, ici, on a des haltères jusqu’à 25 kg, plusieurs bancs de développé couché, un rack à squat… Bref, de quoi vraiment s’entraîner correctement. Autre gros point fort : l’emplacement. Il y a un mall moderne juste à côté avec un food court, parfait pour manger varié et facilement. Si vous cherchez un excellent rapport qualité-prix à Chiang Mai, n’hésitez pas, c’est ici qu’il faut venir ! Nous recommandons à 100 % et reviendrons sans hésiter.
