The outside of the property boasts a beautiful pond and dock to have a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. A calm, stylish, and efficient guest apartment, that is adjacent to or home. This is not a condo. this is a guest apartment that our family clean and maintain. It is a "barndo design" garage apartment near the Homestead Community in Cumberland County. The kitchen and living room is an open floor plan design includes a 65" TV, full bath, and a washer and dryer off the living room. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and dresser, and the upstairs loft is spacious with a full size bed.

The generous deck high above the ground, amidst towering trees and forest fauna is the perfect place to relax and get back to nature. The cabin does not have a kitchen, bathroom or AC. A short minute walk along a historic moss covered wagon trail brings you to an outdoor kitchen and clean bathhouse. Several large ceiling fans and insulation keeps the cabin comfortable in summer.
