Carlton Beach is one of Hobart's most beautiful family friendly beaches with surf breaks at both ends of the beach - Park Beach and Carlton River Mouth. This home offers everything you need, and more, for a relaxing stay and is located perfectly for a range of fun activities and close to many tourist attractions. Your space is a modern, clean, fully self-contained studio apartment on a beautiful 15 acre property, with stunning views, 30 minutes from Hobart city and 15 minutes from the airport. The gorgeous Tasman Peninsula and all it has to offer is just down the road. The studio is part of our home, with its own separate entrance and complete privacy - and it means we are on hand to assist you in need. ***Please note: the pool is currently unavailable for swimming while we resurface it***

We live in a unit upstairs with our own separate entrance. Welcome to our beach house, a two story home in a private street overlooking the lovely Park/Carlton beach. We live on the top floor in a self contained unit leaving the ground floor 3 bedroom house for your use. Included is a large open plan lounge with large TV and fully equipped kitchen dining area. We look forward to sharing our home with you. The front yard of the home is serviced by security camera.

Blue at Clifton Beach

Blue is a contemporary bungalow 200m from Clifton Beach. On the deck of the bungalow is a 1.8m round timber hot tub that is always hot and your to use exclusively, great in summer or winter. Blue is one of three new bungalows on a 5 acre block. We live in one, rent another and short stay Blue. You share the site but will have privacy as you wish or say hi and have a chat. Clifton is a friendly end of the road beach community.
