The Port Arthur Historic Site is less than an hours drive, and the fabulous Bream Creek Winery is 20 minutes away.

Carlton River Escape was completed in 2023 and built as a peaceful hide away retreat on the back 50 acres of our property. It is nestled right beside our Swift Parrot Conservation Forest area which also shares it space with our local wallabies, wombats, echidnas, pademelons, possums, and eagles. Seaside Escape

We live in a unit upstairs with our own separate entrance. Welcome to our beach house, a two story home in a private street overlooking the lovely Park/Carlton beach. We live on the top floor in a self contained unit leaving the ground floor 3 bedroom house for your use. Included is a large open plan lounge with large TV and fully equipped kitchen dining area. We look forward to sharing our home with you. The front yard of the home is serviced by security camera.

The property includes a private creek, occasional platypus, cheeky quolls and several million pademelons. Escape to the quiet.
