My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Todd was flexible in letting us check in early which was super helpful with having a young one and extra baggages. The house was spacious, clean and well stocked - we felt at home. Thank you once again Todd!

Middle Park is a great location to base yourself in when you are in Melbourne. The beach is at one end of the street, the F1 start line at the other. The 96 tram is right there at the end of the street, to whisk you into the centre of Melbourne or to St Kilda and beyond. South Melbourne Market is two stops up the tram line, with enough food options to last your stay. The apartment is a beautiful Art Deco building, sympathetically updated with a recent kitchen and bathroom. It's an old building and can get chilly in the winter, but there is a gas fireplace in the living room and heater/chiller in the centre to keep you warm. Two good sized bedrooms, and a small third bedroom through one of the main bedrooms. We've stayed with this host twice, and both times it has been a great stay. Thank you Gary.

The house was very spacious, it look exactly like the described pictures. Rooms are clean and all amenities were provided. Ali was very quick to respond and always helpful with any question asked. We were very happy with the stay.

Had a lovely stay at this warehouse style apartment, great decor and the kitchen had everything needed to cook. The location is very convenient and although it's close to the hustle and bustle of Smith St it was peaceful and quiet in the apartment. Access was easy and Kali was very helpful and responsive.

We had a great time staying at Paul and Dan’s place. It looks exactly like the photos - modern, spacious and very clean, with a beautiful view from the balcony. Not only is it surrounded by some great restaurants and cafes, but it’s also in walking distance to the tram in case you want to head further into the CBD. I would definitely recommend this space to anyone looking to stay in Southbank.

location, location, location. Perfect spot, close to tram, beautiful restaurants, hotels and Albert Park. Really comfortable and super clean space.

Sian’s place was amazing and we had a great time. House was spotless and very well equipped. The amenities were great and I was also very appreciative of the provided toiletries and grocery items. Host was very responsive and helpful regarding anything we needed. Beautiful quiet location and felt safe in the area. Overall, amazing trip and would stay again!
