Delph Shire is located within the picturesque village of Delph, set within in the rolling hills of Saddleworth. It provides a very private and exclusive space for up to six guests. With spectacular views over the countryside, but within easy reach of a fabulous selection of restaurants, pubs and local walks. There is 6 seater hot tub with its own space. The Barn flat is nestled in the hills of the Saddleworth area. A short walk from Strinesdale Reservoir and Bishop’s Park; ideal for walkers - bikes are available to use free of charge for active couples! Includes a double bedroom, lounge, kitchen, breakfast bar and bathroom. Free parking is available on the property. There is also an outdoor sitting area to relax and take in the hillside scenery on good weather days. We are situated next to The Roebuck Inn. A light breakfast is provided.

Pots & Pans Cottage is a charming dog-friendly​ 18th-century weavers cottage located in a small hamlet 10 minutes walk from the centre of Uppermill village in Saddleworth, and 35 minutes away from Manchester. The location of the cottage is quiet and peaceful, so it is not a suitable place to hold a party. It is, however, a fabulous spot for a relaxing retreat into the countryside, with the open Peak District right on the doorstep.

Frankie's Cottage

Set in the hillside of Greenfield, Saddleworth. The cottage is situated on our family farm where we have a variety of animals: horses, donkeys, goats, chickens, dogs and cats. Due to the potential dangers we ask that guests do not access the yard and use the designated path to the cottage. The cottage has been recently renovated and features a wood burning stove and open wooden beams which has retained traditional character
