Wantabe Ranch, settle in for a peaceful evening

This is a working Texas Longhorn Ranch, this apartment is separate from the house, with entry private. Has a small wet bar, Living area looks out to pasture and has a sleep sofa, small kitchenette, with refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster. Bathroom has shower big enough for two. The ranch has a private gated entry. We are a working ranch so if you inquire and we don'trespond for 6 or 8 hours it is noisy on tractor and around cattle so be patient. Welcome Snow birds and Europeans .

The Canal House

Our little getaway sits on a canal that leads into Lake Conroe. The marina at the lake offers jet skis and boats for rent. Our house comes with a canoe and a kayak. It also offers fishing in the canal. Very quiet, serene place with lots of beautiful birds. We particularly like to sit on the back porch and watch the egrets fly by or the ducks swimming in the canal. Perfect place for respite and recharge, or ramp it up and go jet skiing on the lake. Or both! This is a non-smoking home.

Yurt, HotTub, FirePit, Fish Pond, Winery, Renfest

Enjoy your nature getaway on a 20-acre property. The luxurious Yurt has a King bed, spa like Shower and toilet, AC, Smart TV, Fridge, well-appointed Kitchenette w/ your favorite coffees and teas. Bask in nature with a large deck, hot tub, fire pit, grill, outdoor shower and a 1 acre stocked pond. Bernhardt Winery is less than 1.5 miles away and the Renaissance festival is under 10 miles away. Our guest can use the whole pasture and woods area as well have access to the fishing pond w/ kayak.

The Dairy Barn & Parlor

Set on 12 acres this secluded little house is the perfect get-a-way place to enjoy some down time. Close to fishing at Lake Conroe this cottage serves also as a central point to enjoy some of the local wineries, visit historic downtown Montgomery, explore the Sam Houston National Forest or spend time at the Texas Renaissance Festival which is only 20 minutes away. The physical address and entrance road name has changed several times in the past few years so the GPS address may not work.
