This is recently updated and located less than five miles from The USC Williams Brice Stadium and is steps away from Owens Field Recreation Park. Also 1/2 mile to Jim Hamilton - LB Owens Airport. 5 miles to Veterans Hospital making this a great location for long or short term stays. Owner's son lives in the adjacent unit and may or may not be around depending on his schedule. Owners are a call or text away. It has been a labor of love.
