An incredible villa. As others have said, the pictures do not do it justice. The outdoor areas are particularly ‘wow’. The infinity pool is spotless, and has incredible views out across Sivota bay. The loungers are so comfy, and the vine canopy idyllic. We spent many happy afternoons chilling around the pool, listening to music and reading books. The terrace is equally lovely, with the same fantastic views. And the addition of the BBQ and outdoor kitchen meant we could enjoy authentic home cooked fare as the sunset. A really magical place. Inside there’s everything you need; a well stocked kitchen, a hot shower, plentiful towels and very comfy beds. Plenty big enough for four adults. George was a great host - rapid to respond, very accommodating of requests, and friendly to a tee. Something he shares with his parents, who gave us the most special of welcomes on check in! Thank you George.

We had lovely long stay in Sifi's house. The house is very spacious, our kids had many opportunities to play peacefully inside and outside too, they also appreciated the pool in hot summer. Position is great - close to Vassiliki and yet far enough to enjoy more peaceful nights. What a view from balcony! :) The kitchen is fully equipped and we appreciated the washing machine and very effective aircon. The house would be even better if it had more free closets for clothing and obviously parking, which is really difficult to get in this area. We really enjoyed our vacation, thank you!

Difficile trovare persone così gentili, Sofia ci ha accolto da subito nonostante avessimo cambiato l' ora di arrivo all' ultimo, ci ha fatto trovare drink e bibite di benvenuto e ci ha dato da subito molte informazioni su come muoverci nella zona. Ci ha prestato ombrellone da spiaggia quando ha saputo che andavamo in una spiaggia in cui c'è ne sarebbe stato bisogno e una mattina ci addirittura portato 2 fette di torta appena sfornata. Per quanto riguarda l' alloggio, fantastico! Tutto super pulito e il giardino era fresco e molto comodo per godersi il panorama e i tramonti che offriva la zona. Consigliatissimo!

Everything about Cottage by the Sea is special, from Kia (the owner) to the location, the surroundings, the house, neighbours - EVERYTHING! The house is perfect. Beautifully decorated, lacking nothing. The aircons were a saving grace! The beach is on your doorstep. And Atheras beach is simply stunning, hugged between two hills and the landmark rocky island in the middle of the entrance to the bay. We had 4 blissful weeks in Kia's house as a family of 5. The sea, sun and peace did wonders for our wellbeing. Really enjoyed the lemons and grapes from the garden. Oh, and the goats! Ethos, Pathos and Logos visited almost everyday (destroying Kia's beautiful Delicious Monsters, no less) but they were a special feature and lingers in our memories. A special mention to Makis, who took us out on his fishing boat for a day to other beaches close by. Kia is a warm, efficient host, non-intrusive and yet anticipating every need of her guests. Highly recommend!! We'll come again.

Nous avons adoré notre semaine chez Emmanouella. La maison etait encore plus belle que sur les photos. Les arbres fruitiers et le petit jardins nous a comblé. La vue etait magnifique et notre bébé a aimé jouer avec les nombreux jouet sur place. La cuisine est tres bien équipé. Nous avons été 2 mois en Grece et c’est vraiment une des maisons que nous avons préférées. Nous nous y sentions comme a la maison.

Communication with the host and check in went very fine. The house is big on a beautiful location. It has two terraces, both really nice and inside you got everything you need. There is a bit noise coming from the road, apart from that all was fine.

I have stayed in many houses and met many hosts. But I can confidently say that Petros and Maria are best hosts I have ever met! Continuously trying to help their guests, all requests and questions are responded with a big smile, understanding, empathy and compassion. The moment we stepped inside the house they made us feel like we are part of their family. The house is based inside an olive tree farm and the land is shared with 3 more houses. There are lovely animals around, dogs and cats… We just loved it! Every time you come home you’ll have Malou (the cutest dog I’ve ever seen) cheering your arrival! The internet in the island is a bit slow but there is nothing that can be done. Petros even brought another router to help us! It is related with the island. I miss the farm already!

Wonderful and peaceful place. It was clean and tidy. Zicos was very kind to us, leaving some welcoming fruit and helping with tips for beaches, villages and the necessary hot-spots to enjoy Ithaki. Sunrises and sunsets in the terrace looking at Cefalonia were overwhelming and made us stay at the place more than we thought. We’ll repeat for sure.

Περάσαμε υπέροχα! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, ενώ η πισίνα ήταν τέλεια για χαλάρωση. Η θέα ήταν πραγματικά μαγευτική, ειδικά το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθουμε!

Villa Amoudia was perfect for our needs. The Villa was exactly as described in the photos and details, and the location was ideal; close to village, great views and peaceful. The host Barbara was very friendly and responsive. We are thinking of returning!

This is the only Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in more than once, which should say everything! Just the perfect spot, with a great pool, BBQ, nearby almost private beach and a short walk into Poros. We hope to be back again in the future!

O vila superba, cu o priveliste minunata, ce dispune de toate dotarile necesare. Mentionez pentru cei interesati urmatoarele aspecte: - vila are 6 dormitoare dispuse in urmatorul fel: 3 dormitoare la parter cu o singura baie pe hol pentru toate si 3 dormitoare la etajul 1 cu baie in fiecare camera, iar la mansarda exista o baie de serviciu; - am stat 14 nopti iar curatenia s-a facut doar de 3 ori, mi-ar fi placut sa stiu dinainte acest lucru; - de 2 ori a luat vantul umbrelele de langa piscina, una a cazut chiar in piscina de fata cu noi iar pe cealalta am gasit-o in gradina;

An amazing Villa with amazing views. The inside was beautiful and well equipped like staying in a 5 star hotel. Also in walking distance to a beautiful swim spot and Windmill restaurant. Sitting in the pool watching the sun go down each night made our trip.

Lovely setting and apartment .Very clean and comfortable. We loved having the pool. The host was so friendly, responsive and helpful. We could walk to a very nice local restaurant and Sami was a 5 minute drive away with lots of great restaurants.We are definitely planning to go back.

Ein wunderschönes Haus. Alles war sehr liebevoll vorbereitet für uns als Familie . Es gab Frühstück, Kaffee, Obst, Gemüse, Käse, Marmelade. Der Pool ist einzigartig und das Herzstück des Hauses. Die Küche perfekt ausgestattet und beide Schlafräume groß genug für drei Kinder und 2 Erwachsene. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die wunderschöne Dachterrasse. Sie bietet einen unbeschreiblichen Blick auf das Meer. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für den tollen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Prachtige villa in het noorden van Zakynthos, geheel privé gelegen aan een klein weggetje omhoog vanaf het adembenemende strand van Makris Gialos Beach. Weg van het massatoerisme, met zicht op de zee, een villa die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Met ook nog eens een heerlijk zwembad. De communicatie en verzorging door de hosts was uitzonderlijk goed en zeer snel en behulpzaam. Het noorden van Zakynthos is wat ons betreft ook het mooiste deel, iets ruiger, bergachtiger en ongerepter dan andere delen van het eiland. Met ook nog eens heerlijke restaurantjes, na elke bocht met onze huurauto weer een ander verbluffend uitzicht en veel van de mooiste strandjes op korte afstand. Elke avond was het echt ‘thuiskomen’ bij het huis. Met nog een plons in het zwembad, zicht op de zee met een opkomende maan, het geluid van de uilen en een stille nachtrust. En dan met de ochtendzon weer ontwaken! Een topweek! Dank aan Francesco en zijn team!

Der Aufenthalt war super! Super sauberes und modernes Apartment und „normalerweise“ kurze Fahrtwegen zu den schönsten Stränden wie z. b. Myrtos. Leider war bei unserem Aufenthalt die Strasse gesperrt und alles war etwas weiter, aber dafür kann keiner was und es war trotzdem die Perfekt Wohnung bzw Haus! :) Nikos war super Hilfsbereit, wir hatten ein kleines Stromproblem am Abend und sofort am nächsten Morgen war jemand da und sich darum gekümmert! 10Sterne für diesen super Suport! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

All I can say is wow! What a wonderful stay and introduction to Argostoli. Not only were Adriani, Clotilde and Nonna wonderful hosts, the house itself and surrounding neighborhood is amazing. It's about a 2-3 block walk to the water where you can see boats and cruise ships. If you go left there is a stunning walk to the light house or if you go right, stroll right into town along the water and peak into the shops and restaurants. The house itself is beautifully decorated and the attention to detail - incredible - and a stunning garden. You have all the amenities you need. A great little grocery is at the corner. Close to the public pool is a Yoga/pilates studio and nail salon I'd recommend. Getting into the main square is an easy walk for all the cafes and restaurants. Adriani was incredibly responsive and helpful. Clotilde and Nonna went out of their way to make me feel at home. The place was immaculately clean and even had some treats and coffee in the kitchen!

This was our first stay in Ithaka, having previously visited on day trips from Kefalonia. We chose Vathy because of its convenience; many tavernas bars and shopping facilities, and a great base exploring the whole island. Henry's house is one of only a few in Vathy with a pool, but it is also only 5 or 10 minutes drive from several delightful coves and beaches. Being right in the centre of Vathy you feel like part of the community, but the house and gardens are also quite private. In October there is an endless supply of lemons from the garden 🍹. The villa is charming and welcoming. Henry is a very welcoming, responsive, and attentive host.

We had an amazing stay at Akis & Eleni's property. It was presented exactly as it was in the pictures and perfect for our family vacation. It's a private property, so very peaceful, with an amazing pool, outside area and sun loungers. Just a very short walk out the back of the garden and you are on a lovely (very unique) beach. There is a great beach bar if you turn left, and a short walk around (through the water) some rocky outcrops (or via some steps to avoid the water), a larger selection of beachside bars and restaurants, and water activities. You'll need a car for the supermarket and exploring the rest of the island, but it was the perfect bolthole for us for a week. Akis & Eleni were excellent hosts, and very easy to contact to provide you with the peace of mind you need on a family trip. Would highly recommend this to one family or two!

Eva e George, sono due persone splendide! Sono stati molto gentili a farci fare il check-in e check out fuori orario, ci hanno fatto trovare nel frigo anche una bottiglia di acqua e vino al nostro arrivo 😊! La casa è molto bella, i mobili sono stati messi nuovi rispetto alle foto (molto belli), avevamo lenzuola e asciugamani puliti, come del resto lo era la casa. La posizione secondo me è perfetta, centrale, vicino a moltissime spiagge ma molto tranquillo. Spazio esterno ottimo per i bambini, per cenare fuori e parcheggio privato! Alloggio super consigliato!!! Grazie di tutto Eva e George!

Un loc minunat de mers mai ales dacă sunteți o familie cu copii sau dacă aveți nevoie să stați în liniște și să încercați experiența unei vacanțe în Grecia autentică această insulă este populată cu localnici prețurile sunt foarte bune ajungi ușor în multe locuri noi am mers mult pe jos făceam cam 4 5 km pe zii pe jos la restaurante locale și plaje dar și cu mașina ajungi foarte ușor oriunde ne am simțit minunat dimitri gazdă este un om minunat va recomand cu căldură acest loc

En veldig fin og hyggelig leilighet med balkong som gir både skygge og sol. Sengene var veldig komfortable. I gangavstand til sentrum/gågate (10 min ca). kort vei til supermarkeder (2 min). air conditioning fungerte bra i både soverom og stue! Veldig fornøyd og anbefaler Dimitris leilighet for opphold i Argostoli!
