The house was super clean and cosy. It looks like it is quite new as all the appliances and furnishings were pristine. The hot tub is tucked around the side of the cabin and has complete privacy and a beautiful view over the lake. Jonathan gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants nearby which were great. The gravetye manor was particularly stunning. Thanks again :)

Lynley accepted a same day last minute booking and from my first interaction I knew it was going to be great, speedy and polite responses with some humour - perfect!! Now the stables what can I say!! Absolutely beautiful, quiet location minutes from the Surrey Heath to walk as far or as little as you like! Patch our mini JR loved it 🐶❤️ Now the property....a private, peaceful escape with everything you could ask for (Even had a camembert baking dish, if you know you know ❤️🧀) The standards of the stables are exceptional, clean, smell gorgeous, attention to detail 👌 The outside space is fantastic - Your own private decking with table/chairs/parasol, BBQ and most importantly the outside bath 🛁 with hot/cold water for nights watching the sunset/horses with a glass of bubbles 🥂 Lynley was so accommodating and let us use the neighbouring facilities on night one as a treat, that is also gorgeous! We had a wonderful 3 night stay in such a beautiful space. Thank you Cheryl and Pete x

We love our stay at Olive View. We had everything we needed - and the location was comfortable, clean, private and peaceful. We enjoyed walking to the local village, and also a day trip to Brighton on the train (station was only a 15/20 min walk away). Hot tub, bifold doors and skylight were all highlights of the accommodation for us!

The cabin is beautifully positioned with amazing views. It was the best birthday retreat and a break from the busy lives we lead. The hot tub at night, with the lights and stars was something unimaginable to me, it was so beautiful, peaceful and calming. Sally was a great host, very warm, welcoming and responsive.

Lovely cosy cabin in a beautiful setting! My partner and I were looking for a few days of quiet and we took our pug with us. This was the perfect place :) Our hosts made us feel really welcome. The cabin itself is newly done and really well kitted out. The shower was lovely and spacious and the teles were set up with Netflix etc. There is decent wifi. The bed was comfy and there is heating in the cabin which keeps it lovely and warm. There is also decking with chairs and a picnic bench round the side which we didn’t use as it’s November but I can imagine it’d be great to sit there in the summer! Steyning high street is a short walk or even shorter drive away and there a couple of nice pubs, unique shops and grocery stores. There are some lovely walks just across the road which we enjoyed with our dog. It is really beautiful and rural there without being miles out of the way. We would definitely return and would highly recommend!

Stayed a night at Nick's to disconnect from city life. Was exactly what we wanted! Instructions were clear and we found the place easily. We woke up just before dawn to listen to the dawn chorus which was so lovely. Nick's recommendations for food and drink were great Nick gave us some numbers for taxis as getting to and from pubs if drinking would otherwise be challenging but these were reliable We were discussing as we were leaving coming back in summer as the whole time was so gorgeous - thanks Nick!

We had a wonderful stay at Jen and Matts. Such a beautiful and peaceful location - we did the walk to the Black Horse pub which was really nice and had a really great stay.

Lovely, cosy cabin. It felt very private and peaceful. There were 4 of us and a pup and the size was perfect.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin over the Easter weekend. Groombridge is a lovely, tucked away area and the cabin feels very remote and peaceful. Christopher made us feel very at home and I cannot recommend the pizza more! Perfect dough recipe. Comfortable sleeping and spacious for 7. Highly recommend ⭐️

Had a great stay in the beautiful surroundings over the bank holiday weekend. The place was clean and spacious, would definitely recommend!

Heidi & Chris were so lovely from the start. Very friendly, helpful and so accommodating especially with our big German Shepard dog; letting her wonder around their beautiful garden. They gave us some tips on lovely walks to do with the dog (which we did) and places to visit in the close area. Our short trip was just to experience some peace and quiet and be in the trees, which we certainly got here! We had brilliant weather so it was great to be sat on the deck area so near to the forest (practically in the woods!). The accommodation was so clean, tidy & pretty and all that we needed was available. The fireplace was an added bonus one morning! All in all 100% would recommend Heidi’s place if you want to just chill and relax to get away from it all for a couple nights. Will return 🙏🏽🙏🏽🥰

A really lovely place for my colleagues to stay whilst working away for the week. The property was lovely and communication with host's was brilliant. We came to stay for a family wedding. Teresa was so friendly and welcoming. The cabin is very spacious and we loved the decor and ambiance. We were so pleased after a long drive to find tea and coffee, fresh milk and fruit. How lovely to look out onto green pastures and the adorable sheep. It is a beautiful area of Sussex and well situated for many areas of interest. I wouldn’t hesitate to return, and recommend! Thank you Teresa !

I loved this little place- the indoor/outdoor living is very refreshing and the view is endlessly beautiful from the cabin. Everything is really well though through from very well prepped fire lighting material to storage and so on. Hosts kind and thoughtful. Thank you.

Our stay was perfect. We were touched by with the kindest and most proactive host, a beautiful, peaceful location, spotless and sensitively equipped accommodation. We will always remember it and look forward to returning.

We stayed at Michele's place one night over the bank holiday weekend. The place was very clean, it had everything we needed, the beach was literally two minutes walk away. Michele was a very responsive host and came out to greet us which was nice. The croissants were a lovely surprise, sadly we already had breakfast booked for that morning but the gesture was very much appreciated. We would definitely recommend Michele's cabin!

Larissa’s quaint little cabin was a wonderful escape from the hustle & busy world we find ourselves in. She was responsive & left us some fresh eggs & also delicious homemade jam. We are a family of four & and whilst we were very comfortable the place is small. Our girls slept very well on the futon bed in the lounge. I imagine this place comes to life in summer when you can utilise the outdoor space; like the dining table. We found it quite crammed at mealtimes. The pool, even in November, was fantastic! Fresh & an absolutely wonderful experience. Thank you Larissa.
