Faith was absolutely an amazing host and the place was wonderful. The location is great for any downtown DC activities, you will be just minutes away. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Such a beautiful home! The host was exceptional and very responsive, very friendly. The house had great amenities and then some from being exceptionally clean to having a variety of activities in home to keep all guests happy and entertained. 10/10 I’d book any Air B&B again as long as Eric is the host!

Penny is an amazing host. She responded all messages within minutes. The place is amazing, well decorated, clean, awesome location. Street parking is very easy to find.

Spent just 1 night at John’s place for a quick DC weekend to collect family that flew into DC and it was ideal for us. Great kitchen to prepare and enjoy dinner and breakfast. Large rainfall type shower and loads of fluffy towels. Lots of clever lighting and interesting artwork. Ground floor so easy to get into with large suitcases. All in all a memorable weekend in DC and would definitely visit Johns place again. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay!! Minutes from the Metro, a school with a basketball court right across the street for my son who is in AAU basketball, quiet and peaceful after our long days exploring and sight seeing. We conquered 5 museums, The Wharf, The Zoo, Chinatown and the U Street Corridor in 4 days!! This definitely will be our go to place to stay in the District. Thank you again!!!

I like the place and all I didn't receive no welcome gift upon arrival lol but I already had my own I would rent from him again in the future when I'm back in dc

Andrea was a terrific host. She was so quick to respond with the few questions we had and was proactive to make sure we had all of the information we needed during our stay. The home was perfect for our family of six. The kitchen had everything we needed, there was plenty of space, and the beds were very comfortable. The full baths were excellent and the half bath on the main floor was really convenient. Bus transportation options were close, but it did take at least one transfer to get to the Mall and other prominent destinations in DC. I highly recommend this house and working with these fantastic hosts.

The rowhome is nice and the space is great for a few people to stay in. Also thankful that pets are allowed. The kitchen is very functional as well. Appreciate the stay.
