The property is 25 steps from Georgetown main st, 1 block from the area's shops. The home also boasts easy access to the city, sitting just 4 blocks from the waterfront, 5-10 minutes from the White House, and the national mall. Buses leave every 7 minutes to take you to the white house and museums area.

Main kitchen stocked w/ all cookware & available to use in the apartment. Amazing, quiet neighbors who enjoy greeting our guests. Easy access to anywhere in DC w/ shops and restaurants w/in a short walk. Home secured by Vivint Smart Home & annually inspected by DC. Unfortunately, not a home for the ability impaired w/ many steps to climb between floors.
