Our cottage is small, cozy, and very relaxing. Whether you are kicking back watching the tube or paddling around the pond you will feel right at home and may not want to leave. The cabin is an approx. 2 acre lot. It is not secluded, but does offer more privacy than most cabins, or resorts. Tree Lights out front and outside Bluetooth speakers add the ambience you'll enjoy. It is 312 sq feet. Small kitchen area, but with a wrap around deck with outdoor ceiling fans, and quality grill, you're all set. There is only smart TV operation with DVD player and a collection of movies. When the spillway gates are opened, the rapids fill the air with that terrific sound.
