Our Retreat guest house is totally separate & private from our home, though on the same property.We are 35 min to Nashville.Our amazing 1000 sq ft deck (mostly covered) w/ceiling fans overlooks the river -which our yard backs up to.On the deck is a fireplace, child’s swings & sandbox.Our suite is furnished w/a queen size bed, a window seat, a kitchenette, & a small eating area.There is a cozy 2nd bdrm w/a queen size bed, small closet & chair.We also have a 120" screen for amazing movie watching.

Welcome to True Blue, located only 100 yards from the MTSU Campus. We are proud to offer our two bedroom, two and a half bath townhome for your enjoyment. This three story unit has a two car garage and sitting area on the first floor. The second floor has a complete kitchen, dining area, living room and half bath. The two bedrooms are on the third floor along with two baths and washer and dryer. Note: the only television is located in the living room and is wifi only.

Eclectic Tiny House on 3.8 Acres

This is an Eclectic tiny farm house built in 1940’s, approximately 900 SF and has 1 bedroom with a Queen bed and 1 Bath. It can accommodate 2-3 people comfortably because there in a futon in the back room. Entire home was remodeled in 2021. It sits on 3.8 acres with multiple barns and sheds, remnants of a simpler way of life as a farm. Many large hardwood and cedar trees on the property. No pets, or parties.

The Cozy Studio in The 'Boro

Our Cozy Studio is a 1 bed/bath and full kitchen with everything you may need for a stay and it is spacious for a sólo or a couple trip, nicely decorated and furnished to make your stay comfortable. It has its own A/C unit, a nice 55" tv, and a nice queen bed. It's a Self-Check in Space and private for 1 night up to 30 nights. note: it's NOT the WHOLE HOUSE it's a studio divided by a wall.
