Great family villa @ Amsterdam Ijburg

Our great family villa is located in a safe & quite area close to city center. The villa has two major living rooms, an open kitchen, a large terrace, great views and you can jump in the water directly from the dock in the garden. The water is very clean and lot’s of people swim daily. Amsterdam Ijburg is a child friendly. The streetcar (tram) is 3 minutes walk from the house and brings you in 15 minutes to Amsterdam Central Station. There are 2 free parking lots. Only families are accepted.

In de stad, maar toch helemaal buiten. Weg van de drukte, met grote tuin en terrassen op het zuiden. Aan het eigen water (met drijvende terrassen, zwemtrap en waterfiets), op 10 minuten fietsen van het centrum van Amsterdam, met eigen parkeerplaatsen is dit een ideale uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Nederland en Amsterdam. Achter de eeuwenoude dijk, met alleen maar uitzichten over het water en groen kom je hier tot rust. Echt een unieke plek met landelijke uitstraling en toch in Amsterdam!

Ons heerlijke ruime gezinshuis met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers incl gratis parkeerplek en een tuin. De tram op de hoek brengt je in een paar stops naar het centrum van Amsterdam brengt. Prachtig stadsstrand met restaurant en surfclub en een heerlijk park op 2 minuten lopen. Ons huis is zeer geschikt voor gezinnen met kinderen. IJburg is een moderne rustige wijk in Amsterdam waar voornamelijk gezinnen wonen. IJburg heeft diverse winkels, supermarkten, restaurants en een gezellige haven.

Single-family house (15m cycling center Amsterdam)

Careful! The house has one double bed, one single bed, one single semi highsleeper and one single highsleeper. Therefore, we only welcome families with children (or up to 3 adults - 5 beds available, of which 2 only suitable for kids). A very light, modern and quiet house on the waterfront (sheltered by a gate, so the children can not actually get to the water) with all comforts needed for a family with small children. By bike you can reach the center of Amsterdam within 15 minutes.

Sailing ship nearby city centre.

Historic luxury renovated 130 m2 sailing ship from 1890 for combi sailing/sleeping. Moored nearby the city centre of Amsterdam in a quit harbor with nice restaurants, and bars. Around the corner is a big supermarket and a beach with watersport facilities. On board are 4 sleeping area's for 14 persons. There are 2 toilets and 2 showers. There is a complete kitchen, large living and dinning area and an outside area with beautiful lake views. For families, couples or groups.

Familyhome with a big garden and free parking

We have a honestly unique house in Diemen, a new neighborhood close to public transport directly to Amsterdam. It's unique because the house is detached ans very well equiped. We have bikes, a trampoline and a huge amount of grass to play on. For a swim you can jump in the canal, just across the street. Naturally, we have tv, wifi, washer and dryer. There are two bedroomrooms for children and there is a masterbedroom. The bathroom contains a shower and a seperate bathtub.

Lovely detached light spacious villa on the water. Large kitchen with modern appliances, large fridge and wine cooler. Downstairs is a fireplace and a dining and sitting area with TV. Upstairs on the first floor is a spacious master bedroom with adjoining bathroom with bath and shower. A separate toilet and laundry room with washing machine and dryer. On the 2nd floor are 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 beds each and a 2nd bathroom and separate toilet.

Unique spacious (private) boat in Amsterdam.

"Sailing barge Titaan” is a relatively new ship in the Dutch fleet. She is build in 2001 and has been used mostly for romantic sailing trips and weddings. Nowadays she has been refitted to accommodate groups of passengers (up to 12 people). The traditional white sailing barge in combination with a more modern and luxury interior gives the whole ship an interesting twist and a perfect place to unwind and relax.

Nice house with a lot of space and fantastic view on the water. Close to the center of Amsterdam. Free parking for 1 car. Place for 4 (inclusive children). Room 1 has a double bed. Room 2 a small double bed, room 3 has a small double bed too. The photos of room 2 and 3 are not there or old, we need to do new photos. A house at the park and near a forest! It’s a family friendly home with a petting zoo within walking distance. It’s a spacious house in Amsterdam with a lot of nature and birds around you. There is a fireplace and possibilities for a campfire on the patio. There is free parking in this neighborhood and also great access to Amsterdam city center by metro (10 min walking).
