this house is a magical place..... completely private and surrounded by nature... the wooden construction is beautiful... the internet works great... the walk to the beach or to the restaurant is peaceful.... i dont think this place would be for everyone... but if you are looking for privacy , peace , and natural beauty it can not be beat.

Ich habe mich super wohlgefühlt im Casa espiral- alles, was ich brauchte ist vorhanden- herausragend ist die Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers- sofort und alle meine Wünsche wurden erfüllt! Der Gastgeber Javier ( Vater von Juan Jose) ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend- er hat mich liebevoll in seine Gemeinschaft mitgenommen- wie eine langjährige Freundin und teilt alles , was er hat! Wirklich außergewöhnlich! Das Haus liegt in der ruhigeren Gegend von Palomino, was ich sehr schätze- der Ort bietet alles für den tgl Gebrauch in der Nähe ( kleine Supermärkte, ein ATM, Gebrauchsgegenstände etc) als touristischer Ort viele Restaurants)! Für mich sind die Betten immer sehr wichtig: hier ist ein sehr komfortables Bett und eine tolle Matratze. Eins zu wissen: Wie in vielen anderen Orten gibt es Stromausfälle und ggl Internetproviderausfälle , für einige Std- unabhängig vom Gastgeber- nur dass die Gäste vorbereitet sind, wenn jemand online arbeitet ! Ich kehre zurück auf jeden Fall!

La casa de Mercedes es maravillosa. La habitación es confortable y se duerme muy bien porque está muy bien ubicada en relación con el pueblo. Mercedes es muy querida, estuvo atenta a todas mis preguntas y no solo mías sino también de mi amiga. Con seguridad volveré a hospedarme en su linda casa en Dibulla

We were completely blown away by our stay at this Airbnb! We spent 4 weeks immersed in nature, with the nearby river and refreshing swims just steps away. The house was spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic outdoor kitchen that we used constantly. The garden was a little paradise, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Despite the tranquil setting, we were conveniently located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The hosts were incredibly attentive and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We can't recommend this Airbnb highly enough! It's the perfect escape for anyone seeking a rejuvenating break in a beautiful, natural setting.

This was our second time at Emilios place and i guess it wont have been our last one. Being there you find yourself in a little cosy peaceful tropical cosmos. I travelled a lot and experienced a lot of really nice places but Emilios house is unique.. As the last time too, I left now again wishing to could stay a longer period there. Thank you Emilio..

Increíble sitio, las fotos no le hacen justicia al espacio tan espectacular. A 5 minutos caminando de la playa, las personas de la estadía amables, dispuestas a ayudar … un espacio de descanso más que recomendable. Podría volver todo el año ❤️

La casa es perfecta para un fin de semana con amigos. Está ubicada en un lote increíble con zonas verdes, un pequeño manglar y al final tienes la playa. Es fácil coordinar el menú de comida con las señoras de la casa y cocinan muy rico, sin duda volvería.

Our stay here was magical! This beautifully designed house in the jungle has everything you need to relax and recharge, including a well stocked spice cupboard and the company of a Luna, a very affectionate cat. You can watch hummingbirds from the breakfast table and even spot howler monkeys up above you if you’re lucky. The bedroom is spacious and secure and the neighbours are considerate and friendly. We wish we could live here forever! Thanks to Juan for answering all our questions, much love from Wales :)

Personnel du B&B chaleureux et accueillant. L’hôte Marcela est très aidante et fait tout pour rendre notre séjour agréable . Merci pour tout Marcela! Piscine propre et agréable. Endroit sécuritaire Logement confortable Les chiens et chats du Kallpa sont trop cool ! Nous recommandons sans hésitation. Espérons revenir l’année prochaine!

Mi estadía fue muy placentera, don Guillermo fue muy atento, el lugar es muy tranquilo y seguro, puedes salir a caminar sin problema, la playa y el río quedan cerca al hospedaje.

If you are looking to have a relax in Colombia this is the place. Located up on the hill, very private and quiet, some traffic noise from the road below, so you don’t feel too isolated. Nice views across to the hills, and a glimpse of the Caribbean Sea over the sugarcane fields. The kitchen is well equipped, and clean linen. Upstairs is accessible via a ladder, once up there and hammock set up to catch the breeze, it’s time to relax. The locals are very friendly, keen to share a laugh, and I always felt safe. Easy 20 minute walk to Palomino, just take care when walking down the track from the house, it can be a bit slippery. On a clear morning, when crossing the bridge to Palomino, be sure to look to the south, to see the snow capped mountain. Take a torch at night if walking to Palomino, as the bridge doesn’t have street lighting.

sin duda John es de los mejores anfitriones que me he encontrado. su amabilidad y hospitalidad no tienen precio. nos ayudó a tener una deliciosa cena de año nuevo. la casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos, es muy fresca porque está rodeada de vegetación, nuestra estacia fue excelente. además, Diego nos ayudó y estuvo super pendiente también.

Todo muy lindo, la casa muy cómoda, tienes de todo, algo útil es la cocina te ahorras dinero cocinando, lo único, es que es lejitos del mar, del resto muy agradable.
